健身房拉器械有没有用我不知道，我从来不去房健身房的。因为有去健身房的来回时间
，我都在外面跑步运动回来了。去健身房拉器械应该是很boring的事，跑步也是很
boring的事，但我可以从来不去听任何音乐的去跑步45-60分钟，如果跑的再长了，我
也会感觉boring的受不了的。
一星期只要做2分钟就够了？不知道那种做法是否真有效，但这种说法那一定是瞎扯蛋
的说法了。去做哪种运动很极端到极限，比如60米疾跑，不需要很长时间的身体warm
up，就直接上来跑60米疾跑？是想要get heart attack呢，还是想要把大腿肌肉拉伤呢？
关于减肥，吃是很重要的。运动也很重要。关键是怎么运动。去健身房拉器械是最没用
的，要增肥可以。最简单的方法是长跑，有氧运动，马家军是没有胖的。问题是天天要
坚持足够的量，就算你身体承受得了，你也没有那个时间。新的研究认为合理的无氧运

。发现table dynamic 很重要，它决定了你能不能enjoy到玩poker这个过程，倒不是说
能不能赢钱的问题。前天晚上有一段时间竟然整个桌上都是tight得不得了的人，raise
个13$所有人都fold,害得我都不知道怎么玩了，感觉完全限制了像我这种aggressive的
人的发挥，然后又没一个人说话，简直是BORING到了极点，忍无可忍之后，要求换桌子
。就在快要换的时候，来了一对双胞胎兄弟，大概有40岁左右，两个人是从小吵到大那
种，一来桌上就开吵起来，那个弟弟老是指责那个哥哥这玩得不好那玩得不好，他自己
就是那种我有史以来见过最TIGHT最BORING的，相对来说，我更喜欢那个哥哥的玩法，
而且人也比较活泼，anyway,他们一吵起来倒把整个桌上气氛给带动起来了，都把我们
给逗乐了。这个时候大家开始都互相聊起天来了，虽然还是没什么ACTION，但至少没那
么BORING。后来我也不想换TABLE了，因为大家都聊得很开心。所以感觉玩POKER不一定

这次要请教的主题是: 基本步法; 步法变换; 跳完一首完整舞曲
(1) 学好基本步法有多重要?
潜意识里觉得这是首要的东西, 对于每一种舞, 最好把所有的步法都牢记了. 上场
的时候就可以可以随机应变了.
可事实上,我从来没有试图去熟悉某一种舞的所有步法. 学了几种步法去跳一整首
舞曲, 就觉得boring, 觉得变化太少. 反过来又觉得变化那么多, 怎么学得来. 后来又
想, 也许随机应变最重要, 为什么要去学基本步法.
这一点我觉得是我的心理问题, 明知道应该是对的,却没有执行. 有没有给我当头
棒喝, 提壶灌顶一把? 来说明这个基本步法到底有多重要.
(2) 至少学多少基本步法, 才能不boring的跳完一首完整的舞曲?
我觉得跳舞应该要enjoy能才行, 现在老觉得没很boring, 没信心.
我看每个舞种的syllabus都列了以下三类难易不同的步法:

估计会被拍死，但是这是我的观点，毕竟自己经历了一段很不愉快的婆媳关系，并且也
被逼思考了很多。
婆媳矛盾中常常出现这样的问题：或者是婆婆肆意指责媳妇，批评媳妇，管理媳妇，挑
拨媳妇和丈夫的关系，或者是媳妇不满婆婆的批评，指责，自私，小气，懒惰等等。
我觉得这些问题来源一个根本的原因，就是我们中国人教育系统里向我们思想中灌输一
个观点：“婚姻是两个家挺的事情，一旦结婚，对方的父母你就得叫爸妈”。既然是爸
妈，长期住在一个屋檐下就理所应当了。
把对方父母叫“爸，妈”这两个字就隐含了很多的问题。但事实上，婆媳是两个从为谋
面，生活在两个时代，生活方式大相径庭，世界观，人生观，价值观可能完全对立的两
个陌生人。
把两个陌生人在一起，却被逼当作“母女”关系处理。女儿必须尊重母亲，母亲必须爱

记得当年，在美国的一家whole food买菜，男主角，我，大陆男。
就是买Green bean（如图），本来我很少挑择拣选，比较男人，看好了就直接下手一把
把抓，但那天的green bean实在是良莠不一，感觉新鲜的和之前没卖光的不新鲜甚至有
点烂了的混在一起了，要是一般菜店也就罢了，已经融入美国的兄弟姐妹们都知道啊，
whole food菜的价格是外面的好几倍。 于是，就没忍住...
开始挑，其实速度很快的，就是用一只手一根一根的快速挑选，绝对没有华人菜店时见
的华人老大妈不把白菜拨到快只剩白菜心不罢手那个境界（有点夸张的形容哈），自我
感觉还算Decent，不那么ws, 而且眼睛的余光看周围来来往往的美帝顾客，感觉没有任
何异样的目光，再一想，就算异样怎么样，管得着么？！于是坦然，镇定，一边一根一
根的选，一边心里哼起了儿歌，
