那真吓死我了。我学生时代没准备裸面了G onsite一次。当时就问了我trap rain
water，没刷题临时现想做出来的。。后来直接被design twitter给问蒙了。后来知道
刷题和系统设计这东西了又去面，结果borderline一次team match 3月没下文，也算挂
了吧？后来第三次才过。这要是第三次没过我这就被黑名单了？ |

首先不少人以为是HM还是一手遮天，interviewer都拍老板马屁。这就是搞笑了。比如
我们组老板给yes的case被其他人毙掉的，可以说十之八九。某个组有（印度人）HM不
顾negative feedback强行把人递上去给Hiring Committee的，没搞几次blind上面直接
连名字都被爆出来声讨了。
另外就是别人给no(不论国籍)但你放水给yes，一次两次的还能绷着脸皮解释过去，搞
多了你当大家伙都是白痴。
所以说就算放水也是有度的，必须是在borderline附近，放点水就能够帮到的case。另
外一点这里很多人没有搞明白的，面的多了才会发现，一个candidate水平怎么样，聊
两句，或者写一两分钟码，基本上就是有数了，除了border case，很多时候最后过还
是不过，大家心里都有谱。
最后还是那句话，职位又不是你一个中国人申请，放水也是有度的，几斤几两先掂量下
自己，比你牛逼比你靠谱的国人多了去，你被毙掉了，咋知道最后是不是招了比你给更
靠谱的其他国人？ |

我上个月7月22号打了MMR vaccine， 上次例假第一天是7月17号，当时打MMR时医生提
醒我一个月内不要怀孕，我和老公很注意，也用保护措施了，可不知怎么还是怀孕了，
我估计我是8月2号左右排卵的，我的月经一向很规律，一般周期28-29天。我也去医院
确认怀孕了，问医生怎么办，医生说以后做B超时看宝宝有没有畸形。我现在快崩溃了
，我很担心万一宝宝有什么birth defects可怎么办？这是我第一次怀孕，我和老公都
想生下来。希望大家帮我出出主意，我该怎么办？有人知道MMR对宝宝到底有什么影响
？影响大不大啊？谢谢大家！我好难过，为什么偏偏在这个时候怀孕了。。。。

是因为觉得喉咙痒，踢完足球后咳嗽明显加重，一段时间不踢就轻下来，但还是咳。另
外，他大概从三四年前开始春季过敏，打喷嚏，红眼睛之类的。
之前看了家庭医生，说咳嗽是过敏引起的，让吃了七天的claritin（抗过敏药），但没
用，然后给refer到了耳鼻喉医生那，那个医生也说是过敏，让吃五天的steroid（类固
醇），说是可以去除所有的炎症之类的，如果没效果的话就考虑是acid reflux。
我想问下：
1，这种情况有没有做个喉镜之类的，之前家庭医生提出来过
2，这个steroid会不会有一些副作用，比如胆固醇升高之类的，因为我老公胆固醇一直
过高，属于borderline的那种，再吃的话，会不会更控制不了了
3，这个咳嗽还有没有可能是其他原因造成的？一年前拍过一个胸部xray，没看到什么
，今年家庭医生不给再照了

疫相关的病史。
从四月初开始，我开始恢复运动，包括做倒立。然后发现自己双手关节在早上起来后疼
痛， 痛大概十分钟后消失， 右手的小指出现类似鸡爪子的情况，就是感觉关节需要润
滑。自己用热水泡了也不见效，也停止运动了。五月初见了家庭医生。医生建议观察一
阵看是不是会自行消失。在五月初，我也突然发现早上起来，左脚踝有点痛， 就是类
似跑步崴了脚那种痛，也是一会儿就消失了。大概一两周后，发现坐了一阵起来左脚踝
也有这种痛感，之后发展到有时候走路都有，活动起来蹦蹦的响。六月的时候，再次见
了家庭医生，也把右手小指的情况发了视频给家庭医生看，医生说这是trigger finger
，去hand surgeon那里打一针就好了。另外她觉得我的手指痛的时候比较短，不像是类
风湿关节炎。 于是六月中我去了hand surgeon那里， 她看了我的情况，听了描述后没
