标 题: 哪里能买到RUNNING BORAD/SIDE STEP/STEP BOARD?

想给JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE,装个RUNNING BOARD，不知道哪里能买到,可以一手交钱一手
拿货，回来自己装。在JEEP FORUM上面，在网上买的话，要等一周的时间。 |

南，jr-4，差不多有900-1000 sq ft，有阳台，但是厨房厕所需要装修。
asking price: 329k, down from 379k->359k->329k, 在market上面已经200多天。
12楼同样户型，装修好了，而且家具全给，asking for 359k
同样户型，最近成交是在08年9月，310k。
今年12月，成交了一个12层的1bed，255k。
Maintenance fee: 1025/month, 50% Deductible.
down pay: 33%，但是borad需要给完downpay后还要有至少75k cash在银行（这个就需
要家里帮助了....）。
问题：
1. 大家觉得这个房子应该值多少？我们想ask 270k，不想以多于290k成交。
2. 这么严格的borad，对于以后resell，会不会有很大影响.

running borad更容易了，用螺丝钉把两块木板钉在车体上即可。

然油耗26.8 MPG, 最高时27.2 MPG。开 local 时红灯踩刹车时，感觉Engine完全 stop
，静悄悄就像车停在停车场一样，松煞车时Engine 重新起动, 也许这有助于油耗吧。

交个I94 然后溜出来冒充离境，那就省省吧，I94是Borading进入机舱前才收的，飞机
如果不知道你本人上没上飞机那还得了，非但如此，即使是行李托运了最后发现你人没
上飞机，行李也必须找到卸下飞机，否则不能起飞。别以为别人都很蠢。 |

现在收到邀请去当一个journal的editorial board member，问题是这journal是一个一
个publishing group新办的open access journal，还没有开始正式发行。自己查了一
下这个publishing group的其他几个journal，貌似都挺垃圾的，连IF好像都没找到。
就想在这里请教一下各位faculty，这个editoral board member值不值得做？
一方面，做这个挺耗时间的，似乎也没什么好处。
另一方面，以前也没干这个的经验，不知道是不是对以后搞学术有点好处，放简历上可
能editorial borad member的名头比较唬人，不过内行一看journal的名字就知道货色
了。
不知各位有什么意见没，先在这里谢谢了：） |

过程：
6月份在纽约的regopark看open house 时候喜欢一个COOP. 我当时看OPEN HOUSE时候是
一个中国女人带领介绍的，但是具体谈合同seller broker 是一个印度人。 然后是签
合同准备面试过户，我没有自己的broker(这个很主要). 其间发现这个房子就是seller
broker（印度人）手下的这个中国女人的房子 ，她本人也是broker,就有些不舒服，
为什么那个中国女人弄得自己跟那个房子没有关系一样。 因为看房子都是这个中国女
人帮忙看的，并且交给borad的申请资料也是这个女人检查递交的。
期间房屋贷款也申请到了。10% 的downpayment （$18,000）肯定是要缴付给seller
lawyer. 但是在8月的Board interview 把我拒绝了，没有拿到书面理由。
问题：
现在seller 不还给我downpayment， 理由是我的原因没有交易成功的。我问我的律师
(律师是sellerbroker 推荐的，当时说对大楼如何如何的熟悉，如何如何入的很快办理
过户手续。。 |

The airline has to and will find volunteers eventually if the flight is
overbooked, but they can not force anybody to do so even if you accedentally
