没怎么update web content 有关。
一个多星期的business trip + 完全的更换网站的backend. 这个网站好看好用。 就
是backend太弱了。 这次换成了非常prefossional的client management,marketing
tools newsletter etc, 基本上全自动的bookkeeping. 这个周末试运行。 希望都顺
当。
今天坐在这里想。 总不能我没空，网站就不update。 除了十几篇文章没放上去。 还
有一系列得产品介绍也压在那里。 这些事情就是费时间。 技术含量很小。 就想到
在国内找两个大学生兼职。 最好是贫困生。 完全可以work from home(宿舍）。 每
个人每天晚上工作2-3个小时。 每月挣1500人民币左右。 应该可以很安心得把学上好
了。 我这边每人每月付us$200。 也很合适。 到国内网上查一下。 还真有很多专
门为大学生找兼职类得网站。

夏天是他们的旺季。 平时基本上30人。 这一下你那30%的毛利就没了。
不管是他们自己人卖的票还是其他旅游公司拼团卖的票。 至少要给卖票的15%（当薪水
或提成都基本差不多）。 你那旺季的毛利也只有15%了。
养那么多辆大巴。 平时的维护维修车检保险很多钱的。 而且他们跑的那么狠。 车辆
更新是大笔账。
做旅游公司。 各种人身事故意外旅游险。 不是游客买的那种。 是旅游公司自己要买
给自己的。
然后他们早上收票查票的。 办公室文员。 bookkeeper 记账和给那么多人做payroll.
车队调度。 他们必须有人随时知道每部车在什么地方。 车坏路上了。 到哪里拿
车找司机开过去。 车出这种小事故是常事。 不能claim 保险。 claim 了。 保险就
涨成天价了。
然后办公室租金， 广告费。 电话电脑上网， 办公用品 etc etc
这生意做起来也太惨了。 |

however you better transfer your start up funding into the company, either
as equity (shares for C/S and membership interest for LLC) or as loans. It
is much cleaner that way. Again, NEVER, I mean NEVER mix personal and biz
financials. It does not matter too much at the beginning if you have
professional bookkeeping, however do keep your books clean and straight. I

账本从头到尾样样查的。 startup 有几个能把bookkeeping做的那么到位的。 就等
着拿罚单吧。 而且如果是运气不好被IRS抽查， 只不过查3年的帐。 这因为偷税漏
税谎报税把IRS招来， 那是要查6年帐的。 |

我的意见是，不用担心如何处理1099，别人给你填W9填什么，你就用W9上的Tax Id 报
1099就好了。
我的做法就是在quickbooks里做了bookkeeping，因为是1099，所以你不用管 payroll
和tax withholding, 所以年终让软件自动出就是了。 |

card for only business related transactions, personal credit card for

从本篇开始，我要开始读巴菲特致股东的信，谈谈自己对文中观点的思考和看法。一方
面为了跟大家分享，另一方面也是督促自己，坚持下去。
并不是说巴菲特就是神，他说的一定对，我们一定要照做。我在阅读中，得到更多的好
处是，他提到了很多思考问题的角度，还有思考的点，自己以前从没想过。即便他不告
诉你答案，而只是告诉你思考什么，你顺着这条路去琢磨一下，就会受益匪浅。

1.四大的internship一般都是明年夏天5月份开始的吗？对于毕业时间都有很严格的规
定吗？
2.假如给了明年summer的internship offer,实习结束后如果自己能有幸被转成full
time的话，能够从明年9月份马上开始工作吗？
3.像我这种情况申请intern还是full time的成功几率大些？
4.听说四大好像为了紧缩开支，不从外面招full time了，都是内部吸收把intern，是

mm我目前在NY一间亚洲人firm上班 主要做小客户的audit
firm 气氛很轻松 同事上班打混也不少 但是薪水很低很低 (less than 32k)
前阵子h1也批下来了(全部自己掏腰包) 10月要生效(律师在薪水上面造假成兼职)
上周收到一个在中部一间白人小firm的offer. 对方把我上班日放在10月底 并且要帮
我出搬家费跟转换费用 薪水的部分也涨了超过50% (因为目前薪水太低)
但是这份工作就是做做tax跟bookkeeping之类的 而且地点比较偏僻 整个firm也只有
我一个亚洲人
虽然现在老板很cheap，但是大家相处都挺愉快的，万一走了感觉很损RP
好难抉择，请各位给点意见吧.. |
