tort law里面有一个著名的案子就是：一个人家常年没人住，于是老有流浪者进屋。那
个主人确实立了牌子说no trespass结果没用。这老兄想出一办法，弄把猎枪，扳机拉
根绳子就栓门把手上。有天晚上有个流浪者就给一枪打了腿。最终判决是no booby
trap is allowed，屋主要赔钱给流浪者治腿。

稀客森和吉布森其实很牛，吉布森现在有了球权，因为有手漂亮的3分，在场上打的有
