glucosamine bills. If it doesn't work I will consider further test
including suggested MRI.
A question: from the X-ray, gaps between bones and cap are evenly
distanced, and bones have smooth surfaces interfacing cartilages.
Does this mean that the cartilages are not wearing or tearing out?

I met similar situation before: during the whale view tour, the stuff
showing the fish bones to all the tourist but ignored my wife and I(we're
only Asian face on that boat). So I stop her, and told her "excuse us, you
can't just ignore us like this..., we didn't see the bones yet..." she had
to stop and made apologies to us. and showed and gave the introduction to

各位看官不要以为我天天吃着难以下咽的hamburge和US chicken，偶尔泡上1包方便面

1、中国城家园饭店川菜馆（被chili折磨的不行，boss说让你回趟天堂吧）；
评价：有人说在US吃不到正宗的中国菜，不知是别人太挑了，我觉得还不错；天堂谈不
上，算肚子回了趟国吧；
2、IHOP的steak；
评价：BOSS说这里的steak还不错，注意：是还不错，意思是后面还有更棒的steak可期
待了。点了份T-BONE medium。T-BONE是我点的，看图说话嘛，medium是boss帮我纠正
的，因为我本想说要well-done的，中国人嘛，血淋淋的咋吃啊？土！果然，medium嚼
起来正好。这份T-BONE，可以打75分。价钱嘛，好像是$13.99；

Golf中的膝伤的一点心得
最近半年发现下山下楼，右膝无力，下蹲到135度（大小腿之间的角度）时最软弱，膝部内侧按压有异感，估计是韧带拉伤后发炎了。
就下决心把膝盖的解剖，和膝盖相关的运动损伤及恢复，大概了解了一下。
下面把我的一点心得贴出，跟大家讨论一下，不对的地方欢迎指正。
解剖：
膝盖是人体最复杂的关节，基本上由5条韧带（Ligament，bone-to-bone）连接3根腿骨，加上软骨（Cartilage），肌腱（Tendon，muscle-to-bone），滑囊（Bursae），和滑液构成。

school检查的时候说补得很不好，很多需要重新补。于是乎，踏上了不归路。
学校给的保险很差，每次一颗牙一个surface要40左右，两个surfaces就要60.我就纳闷
了，为什么是按surface算钱的呢？有时候两个surface加起来的体积都没有一个molar
一面多。主要就是图学校近，骑车就到了，不用去中国城那么麻烦。一年了，9个牙齿
前前后后补得差不多了，两周后补最后一个牙齿。但是自从第一天检查补牙开始，我的
学生牙医和profesoor就一直忽悠我说我这个智齿要拔，现在不拔，以后烂掉了就麻烦
了。我开始问了一下价钱，一颗牙要130+，这还只是已经长出来的那颗，没有长出来，
buried under the bone的要150+吧，不太记得了。还不包括几百刀的麻药。算下来估
计要个8、9百，我听了就一直推托说反正不痛就不拔了。
但是，同实验室的一个师兄就是因为智齿烂了现在处理起来很麻烦，所以我还是有倾向
要拔掉它们的。并且看到版上很多mm谈论做矫正，而智齿还是先拔了再做会好一些吧。

发帖数: 120 | 35 上周在Lowes买了两颗裸根玫瑰，一颗Elizabeth 一颗JFK，昨天就摸黑种下了。种完觉
得好像犯了两个错误，上来请教一下各位大牛。
第一个我是把裸根玫瑰种在了一个圆形大盆子里。盆底放了些碎石块，但是盆地底的洞
集中打在了中间凹进去的部分，直接跟地面接触的一圈圆环上没打洞。这样会不会一部
分水出不来，积在外圈圆环里？我需要想办法再打一些洞吗？盆子比较大有点重。
第二我种的时候我加了一些bone meal在根部土壤处（支撑根的小土包附近），没有跟
土壤混合，直接洒了一小把，相当于直接接触根了。种完了才看到bone meal包装上写
了要跟土壤混合避免伤害根部。但是我记得看了一些种玫瑰的视频，很多人都是直接撒
bone meal。我现在不知道这样做到底对不对了，会不会把根烧死？

另外我的绿箩大概是被我害死的。因为之前我的橡皮树要换大盆，我问了朋友，建议我
在盆地垫上bone meal，我垫了，过后发现橡皮树展开了新叶子。然后我给绿箩换盆也
垫了bone meal，又浇了好多水。如果不是浇水淹死的，就是被bone meal烧根了 |

的~~~

Abaddon ：DOTA中地狱领主的名字。本意为地狱，恶魔。是圣经里的亚玻伦 (地狱的

abomination：war3中的憎恶。abominate痛恨，憎恶。
aegis：immortal aegis 不朽盾，同时aegis是汉化版的作者。在RA2中也有神盾巡洋
