.99/lb，肉疼死我了。后来我们在pathmark买到了$1.29/lb的marrow bone。你哪天准
备买，就一大早给超市打个电话，让他们把marrow都给你留下来，你下午去取就行了。
这个marrow bone他们大多是卖不出去的，你和他们好好砍砍价，说不定能一块以下拿

昨天回来后一直表现有进步。从昨晚到今天中午，一直没烧起来，精神也好了很多。胃口也不错，夜里自己还加了餐干粮
早上照例只吃干粮，不明白为什么，照理说大牙换差不多了
中午刚加完午饭，罐头
昨晚和上午和我玩的很开心，偶尔会用后脚给我一下子，真是高兴啊。现在自己偶尔会愿意出来走走，但是后腿由于长时间没怎么用了，一个是肯定还有炎症什么的，一个是肌肉已经开始出现萎缩的迹象了，明显后肢变得消瘦了。所以走两步，还是会pia ji倒下歇着了。
还有个好现象就是吃饭时，以前都是后半身子趴着，前面撑着，我用手喂她。今天有两次，可以自己像正常猫一样坐着吃东西了！
填些小录像:
今天的，是瘸的第12天，吃两种抗生素的第五天
吃抗生素，第二天有进步，第三天和第四天早上不好，第四天，就是昨天中午变好，今天持续变好了。
昨天下午到今天多没发烧，她不烧，精神就好，腿也明显的好

xray照了几张，没有fluid，心脏偏小是缺水，今天在外面两家医院，呆了11个小时，根本没饭吃没喝水，没上厕所。粪便很多。

现在还在烧，一直没下去
情况比昨天糟，明显不愿意走路，而且爬进猫窝的时候，左右腿拖了很久才拖进去
vet非常不乐观，甚至提到了安乐死
他基本认定咪宝是feline leukemia了。他的理论是：其它的virus要么很快就让小猫死
了，要么小猫很快就开始好转了。可是咪宝从瘸到今天，10天了，没有好转，而且烧也
没退。所以他基本认定，只有feline leukemia会这样持续着，不见好
他说，要么你也可以去学校的Vet School run所有的titer，检查virus，还可以检查
bone marrow，那个准确率高。
可是他的基本语气是说，这些检查也没用，只是白花钱，现在持续这么久的症状，就只
有feline leukemia了，也就是，必死无疑，但是可能是几天，几周，也可能是几个月
，最后猫会很痛苦。
我现在非常需要知道，持续很久的发烧（现在回想起来，我带她回家之后其实她一直在
发烧的），持续十天后腿痛（今天发现了是后腿连着后脚个那个关节最痛），有可能是
可以治好的virus吗？难道真的只有feline leukemia这条死路了吗？

干粮，罐头，都是赚钱行业，raw起码是最大程度上的效仿自然。发展raw产品的公司基
本还是从猫的利益出发，垃圾干粮和垃圾罐头完全是无良产业
在家里喂食，再怎么样都不可能达到完全自然，比如肉的种类无非鸡鸭兔，怎么都不可
能给吃鼠，也不可能给整个小动物的尸体。直接吃fresh bone或者fresh ground bone
是最好的，可是能绞生骨头的机器很少人有，只好靠补钙。missing link这样的添加剂
可有可无，我用的recipe里面是没有的，我因为买了就用了

切小块点，被告知那么小块手拿着在切机切是十分不安全的，所以他们不提供这类服务
。 心里还是想让狗狗们尝试下，还是买回家了。
回到家里，迫不及待拿出其中一块已经冰好的marrow bone给狗狗们， 他们很感兴趣。
在那舔呀舔，舔了半天，将骨头外面的冰血块舔干干净净，中间骨头的骨髓也舔掉了
大半，可是外圈的骨头却无动於衷，一个缺块都没有。 应该是太大块了，狗狗咬不动

The essentials are: muscle meat, organ (liver) meat (sub taurine and vit.A
and D), bone (sub bone meal) and fat (sub salmon oil).
Recipe:
- turkey breast from Tj's, $5/lb (canned food 13oz = $3.5)
- freeze in 1lb portion. 2 cats need about 1lb/day
- bake outside about 10% -20% cooked
- cut to chunks, for 1lb add: 1 raw egg, 1/4 tsp kelp and dulse, 2000mg
taurine, 2000mg salmon oil, 3/4 tbsp bone meal, freeze dried turkey liver (

possibly by perfusion ischemia).
我还是没明白二者在根本上有什么区别。一种方法，不用放射性，直接注射BMMC,做动
物损伤模型。 另一种方法，就是我用的方法，用放射性，注射的也都是donor的骨髓（
全骨髓）没有在体外分化的，然后做动物血管损伤模型。既然第一种方法也挺好，为什
么我老板让我用第二种方法，多花6个礼拜的时间等donor bone marrow repopulate
into the recipients bone marrow site?

I am not in cancer field, I can not give exact answer about whether there is
liver cancer originated from blood or not, but I guess the answer should be
YES. Because both spleen and liver get cancer in your mice and both tissues
have cells originated from bone morrow (macrophages for both tissues and
erythroblast precursor for spleen), there is high chance that the cancer is
related with bone marrow, it will be very helpful if you can check the cell

bone is allograft (from other people) or xenograft (from animal), also can
come from yourself (autograft).
里面的钉子是越大越好，还是越小越好？（对于第一磨牙来说。）
basically, big size implant is better, however, depending on your bone
volume, otherwise you may need bone grafting
better to be done by speciality, eg. periodontist, oral surgeon, et al. but
experienced general dentist also can place implant.
