燕岭兄所言极是。大英帝国，在尊重殖民地土著文化宗教方面，的确是首屈一指的。
就拿昨天诞辰183周年的凡尔纳来说吧(分特，这话咋说得这么别扭)，其代表作之一
的<环游地球八十天>当中，Passepartout穿鞋进入印度教寺庙，不但险些挨一顿胖
揍，到最后追查下来，竟然害得Phileas Fogg赔了两千英镑才算完了。不知道英国
统治香港期间，对中国人的佛道儒是否也如此尊重(我觉得应该不会太差，但仍然无
力去考证，哪位懂行的不妨来说说)。
在对待土著宗教方面，荷兰人或许没有英国人那么大方，但荷兰人对待业已被葡萄
牙转化为天主教徒的土著人方面，可以说是毫不留情(这也可以理解，毕竟荷兰这个
民族的主体就是一群靠造天主教的哈布斯堡的反而起家的加尔文派信徒)。看过<世
界五千年>的人都知道十七世纪，大约与李自成同时期的，由日本本土天主教徒在长

我觉得咱们这个讨论其实很有BBS讨论的特点，A先表示一个论点，B用另一个论点来反
驳，C出来反对B的论点，然后就这么越扯越远了。赫赫。具体来说，herzog是这个A，
他提出的所谓科学研究方法，显然是和你老介绍的antipositivism的学术界观点是直接
冲突的。但是猴妈的反驳就是B了，她反对herzog的原因不是基于学术界观点，而是她
自己创造的一套“大家都有立场，所以按立场来使用历史事实没关系”的理论。我则是
C。
我和你老的见解，可以说是心有灵犀。（自己先呕吐一个）首先我完全同意，如果按自
己立场剪裁事实，你可以集中你需要的那部分历史材料，证明自己想要的任何结论。这
个就是网络上不少人正在做的。不过你老说这是文科和理科的区别我不太赞成，理科并
不天然不这么做，你一样可以选择性使用材料。我知道的，很多生物文章之所以成为垃
圾，就是因为这个原因。很多统计文章被推翻也是这个原因。理科研究比较成熟，你故
意忽略的材料容易被人给贴出来，后果严重。这个网络上历史讨论也一样，经常被打脸
的事故，往往就是对方拿出一大堆你故意忽略的材料来。

正好顺手翻了一下《本草纲目》，写得更细致：
“土人以草挹入缶中，黑色頗似淳漆，作雄硫氣。”
这个肯定是石油了。
不过貌似《本草》里的“石脑油”包括的不止石油，还有别的东西，譬如“溝澗流水，
及引水灌田之次，多有之。形狀如油，又如泥，色如黃金，甚腥烈”，这个莫非是地沟
油的始祖？

水便说说我能想到的技术层面吧。
chemical entity:
小分子药物，集中在癌症、感染、CNS、细菌/病毒等方面，还是有的可做，同时不断有
新的target出来，不断有nature prod出来，但受专利的影响（过期和剩余的chemical
space），大多都是在维持生计。在临床阶段对于试验病人的筛选，以后必将维持下去
。相应的试剂诊断盒业务，大公司为了利润和专利，倾向于自主研发或者收购这些诊断
盒，所以会有大的发展，类似invitrogen的公司。
大分子药物（theraputic toxin），应该在未来有大发展，基于专利和市场的考虑。只
是其价格、稳定性和进入人体的方式，不如小分子方便。至于personalisation，就是
根据病人自身的情况通过克隆和筛选得到最好的个人用药，我觉得需要等待技术上的突
