Stop evading the question. How did you figure there were multiple context
within that same sentence?
Also, the fact that someone gave order for the troops to fire doesn't negate
the responsibility of the people who deliberately created the condition
that caused that order to be given.
The bloodshed was absolutely avoidable, had people like Chai Ling didn't
