malawi bloat，在african cichlids里很常见的一种病。病因有可能是吃的太多，或者
吃了不该吃的东西，比如本来是喂给清道夫的海藻饼。据说第一阶段病征是食欲不好，
可是小红和小白总是一副饿死鬼样，从没看出他胃口不好过。第二阶段肚子就鼓了，呼
吸加速，总在水面一个角落里呆着，现在他就这样。说24到72小时就会死。。。 ：（

发帖数: 334 | 6 谢谢楼上两位. 不是bloat. 因为我们后来发现这家伙不让人碰它的嘴.一碰就奥袄叫.
送去兽医那里查了, 被麻倒, 嘴巴里未见异物, 牙齿做了X-ray, 也没发现问题. 给了
点止疼片, 让回家接着观察. 可怜的家伙, 我们接的时候, 麻药劲儿还没过, 划着八字
就走出来了, 见我们尾巴都甩不大, 两只耳朵趴着, 样子很怪异, 别的狗父母都问我们
家狗是什么品种. 我当时还没反映过来别人为什么这么问.它当时的样子确实不象德牧,
尤其是那两只耳朵.
兽医很仗义,收了两百块, 说因为没查出问题, X-ray的钱就不收了. 你说这钱省的.
这两天情况在恶化, 正在紧张联系兽医中.狗今天干脆自己趴笼子里不出来了, 当然给
鸡丝拌饭还是吃得很快.
还有,右侧眼睛的眼白都是红的, 然后左侧嘴不让碰. 兽医说可能要做B超,但他们诊所
没有仪器. 烦啊! |

刚开始发现狗不对,担心是bloat,后来发现是嘴巴疼,右眼下面肿.于是约兽医.几天后见
兽医时,眼肿已经快看不出来.因为疼,狗不肯张大嘴,所以上麻药,嘴巴内未见异常,同时
X光显示牙齿没问题.给了点止疼药,被要求回家观察.
回家后发现右眼眼白充血,所以没给吃止疼药,第二天重返诊所. 兽医怀疑是
retrobulbar abscess. 同时检查眼压,两眼略有不同.兽医很担心,要求立刻找
specalist做CT检查.
回家后找Dr. Google,发现症状确实和retrobulbar abscess一模一样, 嘴巴疼,眼睛充
血, 开始紧张.
specalist的医院其实是个大学,本星期仪器全book了,所以直接带狗进了emergency.
specalist其实是个漂亮的Dr. Rotating Intern.笑容满面的污蔑我的兽医水平低下(混
过职场的对美国人笑眯眯的说人坏话的习惯应该不陌生). Dr. Rotating Intern的

我现在觉得很GUILTY。我这两天在忙别的事情，给的INSTRUCTION 常常没读仔细，忘了
吃药，打针。ANTI BAOTICS 和ANTI FLAMMTORY 又MISS 了几次，昨晚ASPIRIN 也忘了
，豆浆也只喝了大半杯，今天上班发现我放在冰箱里的豆浆都没多少了，我也没说今早
带一瓶来（想起来了却想应该还有，就懒了一下），都 好多天没吃FOLLIC ACID了。今
天护士打电话来问我有无BLEED 和BLOATED。我说没有BLEEDING，但是有BLOATED，她说
每天要喝GATORADE，我说我没有收到这个INSTRUCTION啊，所以喝了几口没用就没喝的
。她说PRE－RETRIEVAL INSTRUCTION上有。我怎么又没看见？她现在让我每天喝６４OZ
，如果到时候还是BLOATED，就不给TRANSFER。
我没有全心全意地投入到这个伟大的事业中去，到时候宝宝们嫌弃我这个妈妈，不想在
我肚子里扎根，我也没法怪他们。

我不是学医的，但还是大约知道大部份癌症还是有征兆的。就胃癌而言，比较为世人所
知的征兆大约是：
1）食欲下降
2）时常胃痛或者胃胀
3）体重莫名其妙大幅下降
4）大便颜色呈黑色
一般医疗保险都会提供每年一次免费体检，家庭医生会做一些常规检查，晚期胃癌怎么
会逃得过医生的法眼？
如果胃癌从开始发病到晚期全程一点征兆没有，那就太可怕了。

也是吐了一个晚上, 连着几十次， 喝水都吐， 吐的整个虚掉了 站不起来很吓人。
vet 照了x-ray, 发现是胃里几个气泡，没有twist 也没有膨胀，不是很严重的bloat，
但是就是吃什么吐什么。 吐出来的东西里唯一比较反常的就是一个他偷吃我饭盒里的
香菇， 两天了都没有消化掉。 最后挂水一天， 然后吃了点止吐药， 加上bland diet

2. CPU没有更强大，和电池寿命有关。另外，如果功耗再大一点的话，连到USB上就完

，半小时也许冲进去1%，而且亮度还是一半。
3. 内存小，可能和苹果事实上没有计划支持第三方多任务有关。iPhone OS 4.0可能也
不会有常规意义上的多任务，但可能有变种。另外内存小可以使得开发者用心开发高效
率的软件，避免这个平台迅速bloat化。事实上，如果苹果可以保证iPhone OS比较lean

上网查了查，原来如果腹涨很厉害，是OHSS的现象。有腹水还真不能ET。
看到TIGERBEBE说针灸帮她放气，我刚才也和我的针灸说，让她帮我放气。她问我＂你
确定是气，不是液体？＂看来腹涨就是有腹水啊。
看来今天又要去买冬瓜饨汤了。我周六吃了西瓜，但吃的是冰的，吃了后肚子更难受，
大概不应该吃冰的。 |

我第四天是三百五十多，第七天是一千五百多，第七天医生让我把follistim从150 iu
降到100 iu了，然后第九天是三千三百多，第十天就是trigger那天是四千三百多，一
直没有任何bloating的感觉，直到ER以后开始constipation。现在也有constipation，
吃colace要好一些，就等着周五验血officially失败以后不打progesterone了便秘估计
就好了。我一直没有bloating，穿underwear和仔裤什么的一直都没有别的感觉，连我
的skinny我都还能塞得进去，但是我的E2一直偏高，我觉得这就是我ER出来那么多卵子
的原因，一下促排出来那么多卵子应该不是什么好事情，周五过了以后应该会有和医生
的appointment，打算看看医生是不是觉得我被促排得太厉害了。 |
