belt accelerates first and if you are not prepared it is easy to form

now i realize barefoot is not all-cure. one still needs to pay a lot of
attention to running form while barefoot. especially with gentle landing and
arch flexibility.
blister was a major problem in the beginning. now paw back more with my toes

Some semi-professional runner friends recommend this socks for preventing
blisters. I use them and they work great. The socks are very tightly fitted
around your feet and do not move during running, thus reduce the risk of
blistering. Kinda expensive but they last.

希望能跑几次tempo， interval 就不做了（从未跑过）。 跑完如果想，可以慢游一会

这个不变。
其实我新年的时候跑步状况最佳，一周30+迈。 最近跑得太少。
H MM 好厉害，光靠游泳训练就能跑那么快。你现在伤好了吗？ 可以跑步了吗？

The Romney campaign drew fire on Wednesday morning for issuing a blistering
statement condemning the American embassy in Egypt for speaking against an
incendiary anti-Muslim film, even though the embassy made the statement
before any attacks had taken place. NBC's Chuck Todd, for instance, called
the statement "irresponsible" and a "bad mistake." ABC's Jake Tapper said
that Romney's attack "does not stand up to simple chronology."
