Country从 Taiwan 改成 China， 说Taiwan不是一个国家，要写成 China
我简直无语了。。。当初填宝出生证的时候根本没想到这个，而且爸爸在美国的所有文
件上的出生地都是Taiwan, 他自己的出生证明上也确实写的是Taipei, Taiwan
是，我跟孩儿他爸都没有否认Taiwan是China的一部分，可领馆的人非要改
我去网上查了，Amending birth certificate的processing time是四个月。。。这效
率。。。年底带宝回国根本来不及

countries give citizenship to a newborn whose father is a citizen. |
