我在找一位动手能力强，细心，愿意动脑筋的research associate. 希望有的技能包括
，但不用全有的：cell culture, SDS-PAGE，western blotting, enzyme digestion.
有一定LC和LC-MS知识更加。
学历非PHD即可。对以前经验的年限没有规定，但最好不用sponsor H1。公司现在的政
策不太为RA办H1.不过超好的candidate我会为他/她争取的。我们是research lab.有机
会发paper.

发帖数: 60 | 5 请教版上高人H1B extension。偶化学博后，去年学校给申请了H1B,只有一年，但没什
莫问题。今年延的时候，学校说劳工部要求北卡给chemist title的最低工资是$55,000
，这个可是远远高于我的薪水。老板还跑到劳工部网页上查了一下，没找到博后这个工
作title. 奇怪的是去年申就没问题，难道今年所有化学博后都没法申请H1B了？除非好
心老板能offer高于$55,000的工资。
如果按biochemist延的话，我的工资是够了。不过偶也没学过biochemist的课，做的东
西跟biochemist能沾一点儿边，但也不多。要是按biochemist申请，不知道危险性有多
大？还有我马上要递绿卡的申请，材料跟biochemistry一点不搭边。review时，他们会
不会对照我H1B的工作性质找我麻烦呢？多谢回答。。。。 |

听说方舟子被打，第一反应是他挨点教训未必真是坏人报复，恐怕跟个人性格缺陷有莫
大关系。几年前他把二十几位稿子中写过他一些负面的新闻记者都列为“中国不良记者
”，一个南方媒体的血性同行就曾想去抽他。今天终于有人抽他了，如果是坏人报复，
我也表示谴责，但如果是他嘴巴惹祸，也在我意料之中。
方舟子是个以打假为职业的人，如此的职业除了多少年前的王海做过，这两年做的人越
来越少了。方舟子毕业于美国一所二流大学，生物学博士，但是毕业后没有做本职工作
，回国后专门以科技打假为职业。他对外声称生活主要靠稿费，看似生活来源跟我差不

我们还且不论biochemist这个桂冠，是谁告诉《自然》杂志、安到方舟子头上的。
方舟子在该文的中文翻译中，欲盖弥彰地把biochemist翻译成 “生物化学学者”；而
傅新元教授immunologist的头衔，却仍是按原意翻译成“免疫学家”。他是怎么知道英
文里面有这样的区别的呢？尤其生物科学领域发展迅猛日新月异，哪怕按中文，多年不
从事任何专业工作的方舟子，怎么居然还可能是“生物化学学者”呢？......
这只不过是这位所谓“打假斗士”，已经沦落到何等地步的最新写照。方舟子无数
次在公开场合声称，曾经成功打假五百多起，却只有1%左右得到了处理；这被作为他“
打假”卓有成效、而当局视若罔闻的关键依据；既然经过了统计，这所谓五百多起“学
术打假”的名单，本应就在手边而且就在电脑里；但令人不可思议的是，无论是他还是

去，那他的个人问题也比比皆是。被他摆上新语丝的“科技绞架”的可怜虫中间，许多
是被动用私刑，使用无所不用其极的手段“处决”掉的。他通过新语丝网站报道这些“
造假”事件的手法，在我们这些做调查性报道的职业记者看来，简直毫不遵守新闻原则
，错漏百出。但他打的基本都是中国的读书人，读书人遇到事情一般选择忍气吞声拉倒
算了，因此许多本可以选择法院诉讼的案子最后都不了了之，这更增长了方舟子的嚣张
气势。在三年左右因官司引发的低谷期过后，方舟子又通过唐骏事件等专打名人的事件
东山再起，媒体关注不断，网站点击量直线上升，可谓扬眉吐气。
我并非说方舟子不该打学历造假者，也从未说过方舟子不该打抄论文的教授，而是对一

庞大的举报体系，是新语丝“新闻不断”的源泉。但是，对于这些举报信息，不仔细审
核就上网公布，一方面是因为在肖传国案之前，新语丝的事实发布缺乏监督，一方面也
是方舟子作为个人崇拜核心的客观缺点所致。
一个例子：接受晨报采访的清华大学刘兵教授一篇翻译作品被网友举报，称是翻译水平
低下。方舟子上网依据网友的举报材料进行中英文对比，批评刘兵不学无术。但后来人
们发现，网友的举报材料是伪造或经篡改的，刘的书里根本没有这些材料。
方舟子缺点4：掩盖失误
为了维护纯洁无瑕的打假形象，自然要隐瞒一切失误。这种行为，往往是对学术打假受
害人全方位的人身攻击、穷追猛打来实现的。比如被误打的刘兵教授事件、因证据不足
而打假结果被法院否认的肖传国案，从这些事件的当事人事后遭受的全方位、多角度的
反右式网络话语迫害的情况看来，方舟子为掩盖失误，真是一切手段在所不惜。
另一方面，方也对新语丝的相关信息进行严格过滤。以肖传国案件而言，他在新语丝公
布的，几乎全是有利于自己的证据，以及自认为可以驳倒的对方提供的证据。而对于肖

band shape could be "smile"- or "cry"-like on the same lane. The reason
lies in the
ionic strength of the loaded sample. The closer the band is to the loading
well, the bigger skewing effect the sample ionic strength makes on the band

20 years ago, most labs did sequencing in house using Urea-PAGE. Most

我要替中国辩护，并不是因为我是一个中国人，而是因为我知道中国就和这世界上绝大
数的国家一样，虽然有很多丑陋的现象，但是他们是受害者。就
象这个犯罪集团里很多的人一样，他们来自各种种族，他们可能充当了工具，但他们不
是制造这一切，谋划这一切的人。虽然经常会暴露中国产品出现问题。但要知道中国是
世界工厂，他们只是打工者，他们只是按照各种雇主提供的配方来生产，他们并不知道
他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
这一切？ 所以，当我的调查不断往前推进的时候，不可避免地会涉及各国的企业，但
这并不表明是针对这个国家或这个国家的人民，而是针对一种社会现实和丑陋现象。就
拿菲律宾来说，菲律宾是一个犯罪猖獗的国家，有很多犯罪分子，但是菲律宾人民却是
这个集团的受害者，他们／她们被绑架，沦为了牺牲品，人体实验对象。一个日本人，
强奸上千名菲律宾女孩，却没有受到惩罚。以前我也提到过，有20个国家的名单，这20
个国家的人民其实都是受害者。现在他们把矛头对准中国，或许仅仅是因为我揭示了他
