Step 1:
Log into your eBay Sellers Account and go to your main "My eBay" page.
Step 2:
Scroll down the column on the left side of the page, which is titled "My
eBay Views" until you find the subsection called "Related Links." Click on
the word "More" at the bottom of the list.
Step 3:
Click on "Block or Pre-Approve Bidders." You will find this under the
category "Managing Items" in the center of the page.
Step 4:
Choose "Add eBay User to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List |

看来这里没有一个真正的 Ebayer. 或者，知道不说的，不厚道啊，不厚道啊，B4一下。
遇到不付钱的 Bidder, 卖家可以 File Unpaid Item
Disputes。具体步骤看这里http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/unpaid-item-process.html
简单的说，卖家File Unpaid Item Disputes之后，如果7天之内买家没有答复也没有付钱
，卖家可以选择Close Disputes。Ebay 会把Final Fee 退给你（list fee
不退的）。non-paid bidder 会受到一次警告（三次警告删除ID）。同时卖家可以选择
relist (免费，如果这次成交的话)。

写了5元运费。
看了看USPS priority mail的大信封可以装，如果送国际大概14刀运费，我跟bidder说
你就出$10运费好了。
还没收到bidder回复，请问这种情况，bidder会认为我多收他钱吗？
问题2：如果bidder付钱顺利，我该填什么海关的表呢？还是在邮局他们会告诉我的？

么办。
他会一步步教你怎么设置block international bidder的。
至于你现在这个listing，也不会有问题。注意ebay来的email务必看清楚是ebay来的不
是伪装ebay来的就好了。我的第一笔相机交易，同样有0 fb international bidder
bid了，然后我report, ebay直接remove listing，但是之后又来了一封看上去是ebay
发的信说listing restored，其实是scam.....我跟ebay打电话问怎么又restore了的时
候才反应过来。

The most ordinary situation is one prof. guy selling the same
item as you but ending in little later time than you. He use a fake
id to raise your price. It usually happens in last 2 minutes.
There are two 2 advantages for him:
1. He get a customer, the second higher bidder will bid on his
auction.
2. He raise the price.
In chinese, it is called "放鸽子"

bidpay 在美国国内一般5天左右money order(post office的)就会到,
还可以. 反证fee都是bidder出. international的很慢, 估计是涉及
到international credit card的问题, 收过一个Italy的, 10天左右.
bidpay之类的我还是比较喜欢(当然x.com, paypal更好), 因为都是
bidder prepay, i-escrow要等对方confirm货物, 这个很讨厌, 虽然
用过也没出事, 但是觉得偏袒bidder了 :) |

再跟你说说. EBAY BID 王牌是价不是时间, 价通杀一切时间上的MANIPULATION.
那为什么还讲究个BID 的时间呢? 因为单纯要WIN 太简单出高价就是. 目标是要不超过
心目中价位之下,以LOWEST POSSIBLE价个来WIN.
对低价起拍的东西, 不要BID 直到LAST MOMENT, 为什么? 因为那东西长时间停留在低
价上会给没经验的BIDDER 错觉, 觉得会很低就能WIN(实际上很多有经验的但心理素质
不好的EBAYER 也会犯错误存侥幸不一下BID 到MAX). 比如一个FAIR 300 的东西从$1
起, 头几天有几个CASUAL BIDDER 弄了几下到二三十就停那不动了.有个人其实300是愿
意买的但到最后一分钟那东西还在30块, IT 错误的以为150 刀就能WIN, 就BID 了150
刀.其实认真的BIDDER 全是SNIPER 最后几秒出手, 150刀根本没希望.
你要做的事先RESEARCH 决定最高愿意出的价, 比如上面的你最高愿意出280, 就加个零
