我昨天在LOWE‘S看到它家的berry又便宜又大，曾经买过4刀多的black berry,
好大一盆，不过略大一些的似乎要十几刀，所以买小一点点的很合算。
rasberry 6.47, 也很粗很大。
blue berry 6.98， 比costco的3盆20刀的大多了，不过blue berry需要
授粉，必须买两棵，太麻烦，所以没有买。
summer's wind 看到blue berry 26刀一棵，虽然曾经40% OFF， 也还是
太贵了，所以它家东西虽然好又全，但是价格有点让我却步，去逛逛长见识倒是

和俺家猪头在一起，每天都想要啊，除了大姨妈光临的那几天，几乎每天都有xxoo，有
时候不止一次，保守估计，最近这四个月，至少做一百五十次啊, 每次基本是30-60分
钟,不算前戏时间哦（亮了吧，哈哈）。几乎每次都很舒服，欲醉欲仙啊 （爱玛，赤裸
裸的BSO）。。。
别问LZ年纪，别问有无娃，别问是否有工作压力，LZ只能告诉大家是在狼虎之年（30+
），绝对是符合标准华人大妈的category。

汁都不是很有效。prune juice也是一般般。医生还给开了miralax。
最近发现blue berry效果很明显,每次只吃十来颗。而且，她很喜欢吃blue berry,而且
可以放在high chair上让她自己拿着吃。
但是不好的地方就是便便是黑色的。 |

发帖数: 2071 | 37 我想过做酸奶店的。店面都找了，在我们这里最大的一家电影院旁边。不过人家因为同
一个场子里有Jumba Juice而不让我开。后来其实我挺庆幸人家没让我开的。我们这儿
（南加）前两年跟Pink Berry风开的酸奶店，个人开的那些，几乎全都没撑过一个冬天
。剩下的只有Pink Berry自己，还有另一家连锁Yogurt Land.
Pink Berry的连锁我看过，甚至还申请了，但是他们的规划很严格，方圆多少多少迈之
内，人口密度多少多少一下，都是不让开的。即使让开，那个连锁费用也很高，记得是
要20万左右入伙钱。相似的更走传统路线的Jumba Juice的连锁费更是高的吓人。
这个酸奶店的投入么，租店面总是要钱的，然后那个酸奶机也不便宜，一个超过一万。
然后你不可能整天自己盯着，得雇个小姑娘什么的。再加上那些水果topping基本上每
天都得扔，也是钱。。。
当然我这里是南加，前两年酸奶店突然很饱和，几乎每个plaza里面都有。你那里如果
偏一点可能反而是优势。
我觉得吧，没什么本钱的买卖，还是以网路为媒介更靠谱一点。 |

子时好多大的已经被摘完了。不过小的也超好吃，非常甜。今年再摘的话我肯定先去摘
桃子，然后再blue berry |

THE FIRST DAY FOR STRAWBERRY PICKING WILL BE SATURDAY JUNE 8th !
As is usual for the first day not all the berries are ready so if you are
planning on coming out late in the day it would be prudent to call the farm
at 734-482-8538 for the most current picking info. Also if we are super busy
Saturday we may have to close Sunday to let them ripen. I will send another
email if this occurs.

1. We went to a local Chinese blue berry farm. U-pick is $1.5/lb. There are
a lot of blue berries on the ground. Since the labor is so expense here,
nobody picks them. Blue berries grow on a small bush.
2. We went to a local Chinese chicken farm. There are a lot of hens. The egg
is $1.5/box.
3. We also went to a local market to buy some shrimps. It is $3.75/lb. The
shrimps are very tasty. |

发帖数: 501 | 42 我对冰激凌是零免疫， 所以干脆不买， 眼不见心不烦。夏天到了， 娃想吃啊。 自己
做吧。
原料： 香蕉， 梨（要美国梨， 口感才绵软）， 牛奶， lightcream（optional）。
我从Costco买的大包装的香蕉和梨，去皮切小块， 冻在冷冻室里。 要用的时候各拿几
块， 放到Blender里， 加点儿牛奶打成泥， 喜欢奶味多点的可以再加一勺light
cream，不加也行 （不要加糖， 香蕉和梨够甜啦）。 牛奶不要太多， 能打起来就行
。 刚打好的会要点稀， 可以放到冷冻室冻一会再吃， 注意不要完全冻硬。口感很
creamy，挺像冰激凌的， 至少我娃和她的小朋友们很喜欢。
另外， 冰冻的香蕉吃起来就像冰棍啊， 有木有？ 把各种Berry洗净冻起来， 炎热的
夏天打一杯Berry smoothie， 好爽啊。打稀一点的Berry smoothie 冻成冰棍吃， 是
我娃的最爱。
够简单够健康吧？ |

也高，carb低，最佳的养颜减肥食品。我想不通为什么apple这么受推崇，也许是因为
跟berry比它价格便宜更适合大众消费吧。 |

基本上都建在火车站旁边，要真想坐火车
那还是去欧洲坐吧，舒服得多

那里是法裔的老巢，坐地铁绝对不会错过berri uqam
实在不行问问就知道了，在berri uqam有一个中央汽车站
那里可以提前两周买大巴票，两周之内随时可以上车
经常可以买到打折的票，我认识的女孩子一刀坐到纽约去
但是我说的大巴是唐人街旅行社的大巴
跟团去，旅行团有专车，而且导游说中文
车票比大巴票便宜，多出来的部分给导游当小费就是了
导游会介绍，你到魁北克城经过的那个铁桥
是多大一个毕业生建的，曾经塌过多少次
所以多大的engineering学生毕业都有一个戒指
就是用上面的铁制的
魁北克城那个鬼地方，我用英语问路

但是我觉得去魁北克城比去渥太华有意思
