要性。珍珠港事件前，美国没有一个统一的情报收集系统。罗斯福总统曾抱怨送到他办
公桌上的情报蔓无头绪，不知所云。珍珠港事件的一个直接后果便是成立“战略服务处
”(the Office of Strategic Services 或简称 OSS)，负责整合美国的情报收集工作
。1947年7月，OSS变成了CIA (the Central Intelligence Agency), 即大名鼎鼎的“

造访中国云南期间，德国摄影师安娜-伯尔琳(Anne Berlin)拍摄了一组照片，展现罗平
县壮观的油菜田。照片中，黄灿灿的油菜田彷佛一片金色的海洋，又仿佛中国的第二条
黄河。这张照片拍摄在拍摄在云南罗平县拍摄的壮观油菜田。
伯尔琳的另一幅作品。她说：“走出车门时，我就被眼前的景象惊呆了，甚至忘了拍照
。此前，我从未见过能够与之相提并论的景象，真的是太令人吃惊了。置身其中，我觉
得自己就像走进《爱丽丝梦游仙境》中的世界。
微风袭来，油菜花随风舞动，景象非常壮观。观赏油菜花海的最佳地点是金鸡峰。油菜
田附近的乡间小路蜿蜒曲折，每隔几公里就能看到一个小村落。站在山顶上，你能够看
到远处的贵州省。
在距离罗平北部几公里的牛街，油菜田呈现了别样的景象。当地的油菜栽种在类似水稻
梯田的环形斜坡上，花开之后形成一个个美丽的金色花环。
