BerlinCurrywurst，賣的是最簡單的德國香腸和麵包，每天人潮不斷，給洛杉磯人帶來

Berlin Currywurst位於市中心以西的Silver Lake，在日落大道路口，店面很小，磚牆
、鐵椅，牆上掛著黑白照片，頗有簡潔剛毅的德國特色，戶外座位也是原木質地，撐起
陽傘一邊享用美食，一邊欣賞Silver Lake街景，輕鬆享受。
這裡的菜單很簡單，有不同口味的香腸可選，包括豬肉香腸、牛肉香腸、雞肉香腸、芝
士辣椒牛肉腸等（有大小兩種分量），侍者則會為你耐心講解和推薦配料，醬料包括水
果醬、墨西哥辣醬、蒜香醬、薑汁橙味醬等，再根據自己口味選擇辣度。
香腸切成小截擺盤，旁邊配兩片全麥麵包，吃完香腸後用麵包蘸醬料吃，香腸肉質鮮嫩
，不同味道能嚐到不同木炭燒烤的煙燻味，因為店名有Curry，香腸上面自然也撒上一
層咖喱粉，混合蕃茄醬汁，味道很特別。

Brookfield 区很好，学区也好，和 West Allis, New Berlin 一样都是suburban。
以上比较之下，Brookfield 比较贵，New Berlin比较远，Wauwatosa 还算比较热闹，
因为有个大的Mall。
然后也可以租在Milwaukee Downtown，最热闹，就是上下班比较堵。 |

Berlin显得比较安静，各自都有大片的residential area。 Wauwatosa和West Allis靠
近Waukesha County的部分也是不错的。 |

比较安全，看到住房周围环境好就可以。
还可以看看紧挨着MCW附近（1-3个block内）有没有apartment。往MCW东边一直到

Brock Berlin第三。但是当时的媒体给 Berlin 的宣传比 Grossman 多的多，
已至於最后毛人当政之后，我还不知道这家伙什么时候来的UF。
Grosman 能上台有他小兄弟的功劳。Jabar Gaffney和Reche Caldwell这
两个 receiver 和 Grossman 同年来的，同年redshirt，他们在一起做二线队员
训练了一年，配合的滚熟。2000，这两个人先于Grossman当上了主力，大家也许
还记得 Gaffney 接 Palmer 传球气走田纳西。
由於 Grossman 传球又远有准，加上他的小兄弟倾向于和他配合，最后在2000年底，
STEVE决定放弃经验，寻求潜力, Grossman 替代了 Plamer，当上了首发。 |

记得他说过的一句话是“后来GROSSMAN上来之后，UM就不行了”。的确是
这样，BERLIN在当场表现的水平和GROSSMAN还是差了一个档次。
BERLIN这个人的FOOTBALL生涯到现在基本上已经走到到头，这里面主观的，
客观的因素，谁也讲不清。但是我们知道可以想象，他曾经仰头长叹\
“既生B，何生G”，人生就是这样。
2002年初MIAMI夺得全国冠军的第二天，STEVE宣布从UF退役。在当天5pm
召开的临时记者发布会上，STEVE说"they call me jerk, they call me
arrogant, but at least they don't call us losers".

)． 18 mile tune up (有 TIMING CHIP), 绕中央公园三圈.
i did 2 X 16 mile BEFORE, 一直感觉 LONG RUN 不够长, 数量少了些.
7点比赛, 五点40就要爬起来, 地铁里胡乱吃4个小饼干, 一瓶兊了REDBULL的GATORADE
算是补能量.

她为了impress她老公就打算去跑

我们这里还有个每天早上起来跑13-14迈的神仙姐姐，咔咔
这个姐姐跑过n个马拉松，半马以及5k10k
结论是，我觉得这是基因，我就不努力争取了 :P |

我缺乏训练的同时，racing stragegy也有问题，不过我会尝试berlin的时候慢慢pick
up pace的。

还要把gps设置到km的模式，似乎berlin是按照km mark的。

最近觉得再跑跑BQ还是有戏的，就研究了一下，
关于跑Qualifying Races有几个问题，请大家指点。。。
在BQ的官网上看说如果要跑2014的BQ，需要在2012年fall就qualify，这是不是说BQ的
有效期是1年半？
这个list里面的任何一个race作为quanlifying race?

3月中的时候看了“The Lives of Others” （Leben der Anderen, Das），猫眼
里望出去阴暗的楼道，压抑略有些光亮的阁楼——作为监听办公室，以及安静的有些诡
异的林荫街道，信任和谨慎，忠诚和背叛，热情和绝望。为了艺术或者艺术生涯，有人
被迫放弃一切去追求——包括出卖自己和爱人；而同样被迫选择，有人可以承受后半生
工作的枯燥乏味；还有人想的只是不择手段的占有——被窥视而肆无忌惮的占有。没有
资或社的问题，艺术、美、生命和自由，非常人性的片子，而且算是happy ending了，
不会让人郁闷的要撞墙的那种。
电影结束的时候，观众们鼓了掌——这并不是首映式——而我没来得及，因为恍惚
记起了在柏林的两夜一天，和我并未亲眼见到的Berlin Wall（1961-1989）。

2) Pergamon Museum, Altes Museum , Bode Museum, Neues Museum
这四个都是柏林MUSEUM ISLAND上的博物馆，前两个博物馆我有仔细听讲解，后面两个
就只是走马观花，看点镇馆之宝。
如果时间有限，那PERGAMON MUSEUM 是非去不可的。该馆的三大类收藏—古希腊罗马的
古董，亚洲近东中东的收藏，和伊斯兰文艺品，是德国在十九世纪末和二十世纪初的到
处搜刮的结果。和别的博物馆陈列的一个一个的收藏品不一样，这里的收藏很多都是成
套成套甚至是整个城墙搬了一大半过来，在博物馆里按原貌重新组装。在室内的博物馆
里，按照原来的尺寸修复组装古罗马时期修在一个市场的大门 (The Market Gate of
Miletus)，和巨大的古罗马祭坛（the Pergamon Altar），以及古巴比伦的城墙（
Istar Gate），这么大的手笔，我只在纽约的大都会博物馆见过。因为我五月份去的，
不算旺季，柏林也不是世界游客观光最多的一个城市，所有这些博物馆，这是唯一我排
了将近两个小时的队 才进去的。

周六早晨8点多飞机到Amsterdam schiphol机场。出机场坐197bus，单程5欧元，到
Rijksmuseum。当时与late rembrandt的特别展出。所以看了很多画。有个大厅展出伦
勃朗的夜巡，左右两边还有两巨幅civic guard的油画。还有Vermeer的画。
接着去的van gogh museum. 要排很长的队。假如买哪种holland pass的话就不用排这
么长的队了。不让照相。看解说了对梵高的生平和画风的养成有了些认识。特别喜欢向
日葵和杏树花。
出来后，我就走路去Dam square.没去看皇宫，很晚了。
经过好几条运河。到chinatown+红灯区看了看。吃完饭，然后走几步路去Amsterdam
central. 做火车去den haag.火车票只要13（也可能是12）euro.
晚上住在den haag centraal 旁边的hampshire babylon.
早晨走路去老城区。狭窄的街道，路边是很多商店。远远看到chinatown,没去看。到了
