2) 去了之后，看看能不做能去 孟山都的 项目 能去做就最好了
3） 如果做 育种 就去统计选课 基本是 水到渠成 的了 随手拿个statistical master
多好
4） 如果做进化 就转 bioinf 去学CS 更好
5） 如果真的 bench phobic 就不去做了 问问 家里能不能支援几个
6) 利用好校友network |

会对不起我的良心。我觉得你是那种应该被劝退的人， 因为:
1.你根本不怎么喜欢生物研究，之所以做着仅仅是因为习惯了。从你害怕做bench
然后又没有计算机或者统计的基础来看，你根本就不应该呆在这个领域里。
2。你对将来的发展毫无计划，你之所以想读博士仅仅是因为觉得目前找不到工作，所
以想把找工作的压力放到将来。但是你这个想法是大错特错的。你读了个生物硕士已经
是个错误了，因为读生物硕士对读博士根本就在时间上省不下什么，你还得至少5年才
能拿个博士学位，然后十有八九读完之后还是找不到工作，弄不好又得做博士后，一折
腾就是10年了。你想想你到时候你几岁了？
就象我说的那样，你读了个生物硕士就已经错了，就不要错上加错了。
其实在企业里找工作的话，博士比硕士更难找工作（因为起薪高，位置也高，所以open
更少）。你现在作为硕士找不到，不要指望读完了博士就能找到。所以你应该更努力
的去找工作，而不是偷懒把这个压力转移到几年后。你现在应该还年轻，还能吃苦，还
有东山再起的希望。所以现在就应该努力奋斗。不要等到你都老了突然... 阅读全帖 |

System:
Barton @ 1.4GHz (reason: my memory is PC2100, so Barton downspeed :-( )
DDR ram 512MB
GF 4 MX440.
Matlab 6.1
Win2k pro.
LU decomp: 0.51s
Then I replace the ATLAS library with the one claimed to be optimized for
AthlonXP
(see here: http://www.econ.ucsd.edu/~ksheppar/matlab/MatlabAtlas.htm)
However, there is NO speedup observed, LU costs even 0.71s!!!
So I switch back to default ATLAS)
I am also curious that if any existent package can use SSE2's a |

小女分析化学PhD，不到30，在公司做scientist一年，最近身体不太好，去医院做了很
多检查也没查出毛病，总觉得与做实验有关，虽然基本都在通风橱里做。有考虑转型避
免bench work，毕竟以后还要怀孕生孩子，在实验室再注意总是有顾虑的。
听说可以转Regulatory Affair，似乎对口语要求挺高。如果要转RA应该如何职业规划？
去读个MBA对职业规划有帮助吗？
或是其他方向？
望前辈指点，谢谢先！ |

squat好像还不够低，大腿不够平，最后那一点如果蹲下去，可能就起不来了。近期准备再大幅deload，动作一定要到位。我练squat屁股不痛可能就是因为蹲的不够低。另外这几项不能同时到平台，否则就回互相影响。

bench肯定不高兴。我自己非常ORGANIZE 我的bench.
我已经跟这师兄提过意见了，他根本没有听进去。照样这样。
今天他又将他用完的空枪头盒在我不在实验室时，乱放在我的bench上的。 但，他的
bench很是整齐。干净。
我烦死他了，跟怎么沟通比较好呢

这套combo的最大优点就是结实，架子是gauge12的钢，比walmart和sportsauthority店
里的都厚重。当然这也是一个缺点，太沉了。另外的一个优点是灵活，各种角度的
bench press都可以做，squat和dead lift也没有任何问题，尤其是做大重量的时候，
感觉非常安全。
但是这个combo里的杠铃属于最便宜的那种，杠铃片外面没有塑胶保护，棱角比较锋利
，dicks打折的时候不到200刀。combo里的bench我感觉有点窄，有点高。做bench
press的时候觉得肩膀露在外面的太多，bench放平的话直接坐在上面脚掌不能完全平放
在地上。
如果让我重新买的话，我会单买这个rack，再买别的杠铃和bench。前一阵杠铃和bench
amazon上都有不错的deal，加在一起的话可能还比这个便宜些，东西应该会更好一些
