我查了uptodate说用prednisone 60-80mg/day 用一周，但是没有说taper的问题。查了
IM 住院医多用的MGH手册（绿皮书），用prednisolone 25 mg PO bid X 10 d，也没有
提到激素taper的问题。用google查了一下还可以用prednisone 60mg/day x 5d，再
taper到10mg/day X 5d（共10天）。 因为自己还没有进住院医培训，能想到的资料就
是这些，现在我的问题是：
1.哪种激素治疗方案更好，用药需不需要taper？
2.针灸效果怎样？如果先用激素治疗，什么时候可以开始针灸？
请各位专家不吝赐教，叩谢！ |

s palsy 一个月内自愈，针灸与否无所谓。

味，素食还是少了点儿，就像以前的中国菜，吃得好的都是有肉的，素菜一般在家里吃
。我们有一次去墨西哥去了几个小镇，虽然不靠海，却有很多特色海鲜菜，LG每天海鲜
汤，凉拌虾，烤肉饼什么的吃得兴高彩烈，我只好吃了一周的面包夹牛油果，只有墨西
哥城里选择很多，但是在市中心为了找家有素菜饭馆走了很久，后来还发现它关门了。
好在那里水果真的很丰富，吃不到蔬菜也可以靠水果过活。
后来去了趟坎昆，很美国化的地方，游客和移民都多，吃饭的选择就丰富多了，不过跟
北京或者美国比起来还是差点。。。（以前我一直觉的在外面吃素菜最方便的城市是新
加坡，最近几年在北京吃得太好了，它成了我心目中的第一名，改天我来介绍一下北京
的餐馆。。。） |

有了罕见的LOCKED-IN SYNDROME，不能说话不能行动， 全身上下只有左眼皮
可以动。
这位同学就靠着这个唯一可动的左眼皮，保持着和外界的交流， 并且写了一本书，
名字叫做the diving bell and the butterfly, 讲他得了中风之后的感受/心理。
后来这本书被拍成了电影，现在在很多影院在放。很值得去看。
