发帖数: 19743 | 1 最近发现一个新的乐队Beirut。据说出生在NM的Condon现年19岁。于是顿时觉得这个年
轻人很有才华。第一张专辑Gulag Orkestar就引来众人瞩目，虽然乐评有好有坏。
总体来讲，我认为这张专辑对于很多人来说是可以”开眼界“的。不清楚Condon是否去
过欧洲，但是这张专辑融入大量欧洲，特别是东欧的民俗音乐元素，乐器，非常的有趣
。虽然有人认为，虽然有很多元素，和original的欧洲音乐还是差别明显。不过我认为
，Beirut并非就是要做欧洲民乐，所以他们自己吸取元素之后自己发挥也是很好的事情。
几周前Beirut又在emusic上exclusively发布了两首单曲，众人失望，因为和第一张专
辑差异比较大，不再是欧洲民乐风格了。这个乐队的走势现在看来是很不明确的。
EP Lon Gisland也是非常有趣的，值得一听。主唱声音很舒服，虽然Gulag Orkestar里
面整个唱法稍微缺少变化，显得有些单一。

发帖数: 533 | 20 去年底从南美回来，我们就在寻问对方，下一个目的地是哪里？我知道LD一直对富有阿拉
伯文化的中东情有独钟，于是在她向我提议在澳洲，西班牙，和中东之间作一个选择的时
候，我坚决的选了中东。至于具体的国家，土耳其已经算是到过，结论是土耳其还要再去
，但不是这次。埃及也是一个选择，但是LD说埃及是一个只有历史没有今天的发达型旅游
地。最后决定去黎巴嫩，约旦和叙利亚，因为那里是古老中东文化的中心，旅游尚未太发
达，还带有儿时对一千零一夜的向往。LD因为喜欢沙漠，走过丝路上其他主要城市，又热
爱中东流行音乐。可惜由于签证问题，约旦最终没有成行，这是后话，暂且不提。
事实证明，这次旅行给我们留下了诸多的旅行中最为复杂多元，也是最让我们觉得有惊喜
的记忆。从中东回来不到一个月，黎巴嫩和以色列之间就爆发了激烈冲突，看着曾经亲近
过的那一片土地再次沦为废墟，庆幸之余，更多的是关注和痛心。。。

of the families of those who were aboard an Ethiopian Airlines 737-800 that
