基本上看到你的简历，和你联系了，剩下的，80%就看你面试的表现了。
技术问题，就不说了，各个专业有各个专业的问题。
还有一个就是不可避免的behaviour question， 我想应该不论是什么专业，都应该大
同小异吧。
看版上大家晒免经都是技术问题，而且80%都是cs，
不知道大家能不能交流下behaviour question？ 都有那些问题，都是如何回答的？回
答时要注意什么？

从网上找到此文，如此触目惊心。美国的老板大概50%以上都是以欺压员工为乐的恶人！
女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。
此文告诉我们在美国职场上，我们是怎样的弱者，同时也提醒我们不要有任何幻想，认
为在这个社会，职场好人会有好报。

面，然后男生是XY，X 是来自母亲，Y 是来自父亲。
所以男生的智商全部都是来自母亲的遗传。
这个说法被很多网友接受，甚至影响到一些高学历的人的择偶观。
这个“据说”，也就是“决定智商的八对基因全部都是位于X 染色体上面”，实际上查
无实据。
博主甚至怀疑，这个说法是某个聪明但不貌美的女子编造的谎言。
而最近的一个研究揭示了相反的情形：社会性智商（与社会活动有关的）更多地取决于
父亲。
巴斯大学研究人员与加地夫大学神经系统科学与精神健康研究院科学家合作，发现了一
种名为Grb10的基因，其异常之处在于，子代只在大脑中表达来自父方的基因，却在身

我个人认为孩子还小，应该再观察两年再说。家长有时间和精力的话，可以先尝试非药
物的手段。比如Behaviour Therapy。我看到的二手资料提到了一个研究报告。研究者
对一群小ADHD(3-5岁)进行了几个月的Behaviour Therapy，然后有1/3的孩子摘帽。这
个Behaviour Therapy通俗点说就是行为管教。倒不一定真能治ADHD，但可以把一些伪
ADHD给剔出来。食疗听说也有效果。
ADHD的症状好像和大脑某一部分的发育有关。如果一个孩子这部分的发育延迟，和同龄
孩子相比，他就会表现出ADHD的症状。这个延迟可能是暂时的，也可能是长期，甚至永
久的。前者是可以自愈或者通过Behaviour Therapy改善。所以我觉得孩子要是小的话
，可以先观察两年，先试试非药物手段。
ADHD的误诊也比较多。上面提到的那些暂时发育延迟的孩子就很容易被误诊。还有一些
孩子，得的是其它心理疾病，但早期的表现症状类似ADHD，这些孩子也容易被误诊。常

on。
我也是属于这一批没有经过任何电面，直接被叫去onsite的。A家HR的人让我去面的是
一个我没有申请的职位，我的经验不太多，一共差不多准备了一周。
一大早8点半开始，HR的人简单说了两句，告知随后会有面试官来带我们去不同房间面
试。第一个是SDE的manager，问的coding的题目都很简单，比如反转字符串之类。很多
设计题。behaviour question非常多。比如遇到和同事或者老板有矛盾的时候如何解决
等等。
第二个是其他部门的一个manager，应该是bar raiser。但是问的全都是behaviour
question。我感觉这是在测试是否真的有相关工作经验。其实coding大家准备一下，或
多或少都能给一个解答。但是经验这样的东西是实实在在的。
第三个是同部门的小印，应该就是今后的直接同事。问的问题也都没有什么太高深的技
术问题。口音非常重，整个过程面无表情。45分钟时间，大概30分钟就没什么话说了。
把我扔在房间里等下一个人。
