１，用料；
５磅葡萄
５００ｃｃ水
４杯白糖
半包葡萄酒曲
一个小电热毯
２，葡萄洗尽去梗，凉干。
３，用酒精把要用的瓶罐消毒擦一遍。
４，把每个葡萄捻破装进酒坛里，最好在深一点的器皿里操作因葡萄汁会恣的到处都是。
５，用10０ｃｃ温水调开酒曲。看，酒曲发好了。
６，水，酒曲和４杯白糖调好后加进葡萄坛里，搅匀。坛里要留出1/3的空间便于发
酵出酒。把酒瓶放在小热垫上用最低挡，不要太高会热死酵母菌的，盖上避光的衣物。
７，第三天用干净的筷子把浮起的葡萄搅沉，搅匀。开盖顺便放点气。浮着的是沒搅过
的一瓶。四，五天后就出酒啦。
８，一星期后把酒渣过滤出来。用一条大丝袜，（当然袜子是新的，否则釀出来的酒有
脚气水的嫌疑。）罩住一宽口瓶。
９，滤出来的就長的这样，放置那继续发酵。第二星期后，基本就可以饮用了，喝前会
看到有些沉 |

的人也有好处。
等你们有娃了，或者是娃大了上学了，就要必须早起床的。我原来也是晚睡晚起的类型
，这些年硬是给改过来了。
还有，其实早晨做菜并不用费多少时间，秘诀是头一天晚上把各种配料准备好，菜也都
洗好切好，第二天早晨下锅就成了。这样连自己当天带的午餐都是新鲜的，亚硝酸盐的
含量也低，对身体的好处日积月累就可以看出来了。 |

要只有一种发音 不可能被人引申扭曲了 需要纠正的 譬如
Mike ==> Mike or Michael?
Dave ==> Dave or David ?
Ben ==> Ben or Benjamin ?
Ron ==> Ron or Ronald ?
Ken ==> Kenny or Kenneth?
Bill ==> Billy
不要拼写上有同音字 自我介绍时可能要附加注解的
Sarah ==> Sarah or Sara?
Jeannie ==> Jeanny or Jeannie?
Tommy ==> Tommie or Tommy
不要是一个男性名字和女性名字的共同缩写 譬如
Pat ==> Patricia, Patrick
Sam ==> Samuel, Samantha
Alex ==> Alexandra, Alexander
还有就是名字最好是两个音节或更多
注意这孩子将来到了社会上严肃的地方还能用的
譬如Becky， 孩子可以叫，

Day 1 Pack in (9 mi with a 70lb pack) and camp at the Cirqus of Towers
Day 2 Attempted Pingora but somehow accidentally went onto the approach to
Wolf's head...Got caught in the 2pm afternoon thunderstorm and repelled down
the tower
Day 3 Climbed South Buttress of Pingora. Checked out approach of Pingora NE
face, E face, and Wolf's head Becky Route, E ridge.
Day 4 Moved camp from Cirque to the Deep Lake
Day 5 More storm come in, and will keep rain |

我们又到了白山。天气好得不得了。早上lead Stong Dog (5.10c)热身。然后lead了
Fire Bird (5.11b)。这条线比较短，一共就5个bolt，仰角，大动作，脚点不好，很难
休息。我基本上挂得bolt-to-bolt。下来以后想再爬爬试试能不能红掉。结果完全不知
道怎么爬了。掉得噼里啪啦的。先锋的时候我往往考虑得比较多，发力稳准狠，脚点也
比较准，一顶绳就松懈了，有时候还没有先锋爬得好。折腾了三趟，累死了，收工走人
。大仰角连续小动态的线是我的弱项，主要是我个子小，需要额外用力；power
endurance又不好，休息点再大也休息不过来。虽然定级只有5.11b，红这条线还是需要
些时日的。
Day 9 白山
早上先锋爬一条5.10b热身(onsight)。这时谢卫成过来挂了Yangshuo Hotel(5.12b)。
阿成在阳朔开了很多线，还有很多的first ascend。guidebook上他的名字出现太频繁
，我一直想象他是个老头－类似Becky那种老头。结果一个80后的超级大帅哥出现在眼

2013年对跑步的热情回升，训练开始恢复。目前止跑了2200多迈，也是历年最高的。
3月份去跑了德州独立接力，也很有意思。
11月3日又跑了达拉斯跑步俱乐部半马，1:24:46。下面是我写的另类报告。

要卖10多块一盆呢。我还想多搞两棵勒。
这颗是我春天的时候从一个墙角处移过来的，现在长的很给面子。
9这个品种好像是becky，但是不确定。我也有那种东倒西歪的daisy，看着就头疼。
一下雨更是摊了满地都是。
花了不少时间啊，从春天一直忙到现在。主要是今年育了很多苗，并且搞了很多大玫瑰
花盆，很费事。
不过接下来就没那么忙了，坐在小石凳儿上赏花即可。 |

高达1米多。。忍了两年不行了，我就统统处理了。说不定你这个是改良的品质呢~

发帖数: 13917 | 48 绚烂多彩的夏天要来了，这两天东北也热的很，玫瑰刚发的嫩芽都蔫儿了，
并且招来了前所未见的Japanese Bettle，把小嫩芽都吃成网状，打到小日本！！！

3. 野花种子种出来的，个子高，又细，东倒西歪，形状不太好啊
4. 去年移过来的，只有几根，今年发的很大，并且开花，粉色的很靓

早些时候，tipcutting的mums，不舍得扔，都插了，活了一多半，
现在长势很良好，又打了一次顶。北方同学们注意，过了July 4th就不要再打顶了，
否则，影响今年开花。
11. annual aster，今年从种子种的，长势也不错，不知道开了会是神马样子，
云妹子貌似在收集这个花花。
12. Shasta daisy ，应该是becky，去年从种子种的，今年发了很大很大。
