了就变成batter了，应该是放了以后你看不出来，就对了。我用的是什么北海道的
premium potato的粉，上次在h mart买的，很便宜，两块多，粉真是比一般的生粉细太

了。分量是好像看不出来用了升粉。和麻油，腌的浆料混起来，应该就是差不多看不见
的。
放不放可能是地区的差异。我知道的南方人都放的。放了以后炒肉烤肉都嫩一点，就算
overcook了也不老。同样可以放到海鲜里面。比如鱼片，虾，放了以后你煮过头了也不

航班超售。
超售的操作流程是这样的，先把票卖出去，钱搞到手，然后指望着有些乘客因为各种原
因不能准时出现。如果大家都很乖，全数到场，座位不够，航空公司就拿小钱贿赂行程
比较灵活的旅客。一进一出，航空官司一定是挣钱的。
这次也不例外，机组拿400美元和免费旅馆来贿赂，没人上钩，大家都登机了。大家都
登机以后，机组宣布贿赂提高到800美元，还是没人理睬（我觉得机组人员不懂心理学
，如果我是个第二天没事干的大学生，我会很愿意拿800美元，但是大家眼睛都盯着，
我肯定不好意思啊。正确的做法是，派一个温柔的空姐找吊儿郎当的大学生模样的年轻
人轻声商量，成功的概率要比用喇叭喊大得多）。

主天线：在手机的下端，似乎是单馈的MONOPOLE加上一些slot/patch resonance （网
上破解视频不是太清楚）。在手机下段有两个gap来使主天线和其他stainless band (
包括WiFi/BT and BT antenna)分开。但是主天线还是离其他金属特别是接地金属太近
，有可能影响radiation performance。
WiFi/BT 和GPS 天线： 好象是IFA design。可能GPS 和WiFi/BT 用不同的feeding。否
则的话这是一个宽频天线。可是简单结构的（象这样的一根金属条）宽频天线很难做到
所有频段都有很好performance。我估计APPLE可能牺牲了WiFi/BT的辐射性能，来满足
GPS的performance。毕竟WiFi/BT的信号弱，用户总可以move around.但GPS要用来
navigation和E-911,就比较重要。同样的问题，这个天线离金属的batter back太近，
我对其天线效率持保留态度（自由空间可能低于４０%）。在landscape |

吃货对美食的无限热爱，终于发现一个好的馆子，当然要冒个泡，推荐一下。
自从Rice Village那家日本餐馆关门大吉，gessner上的yoshidaya也不见踪影，鮨阵每
况愈下之后，我就窃以为整个Houston再也没有好吃的日餐了。后来无意之中发现一个
叫寿司宫城的，被Houston press评为本市寿司的第一名，不禁好奇，再看看yelp上面
一堆的feedback也很不错，遂打算一试。
先说差的。此店位于8号以外，一个越南广场里面，隔壁没几步就是难吃到惨绝人寰的
黄金点心茶寮。店很小，一进门满墙半新不旧的大蝴蝶结（和服腰带后面的那种）差点
以为是山寨80年代日本风格的越南饭店。一个店里就只有两个人工作，寿司师傅宫城，
只管做寿司。他的太太志津子，管一切点餐送餐清理餐桌收钱带位之职。我们进店的时
候运气不错，总算是有位子坐，也没有等太久就有东西吃。旁边那张桌子的老兄可是眼
睁睁从我们上菜一直到吃完，都还没有位子坐，空位子不是没有，但是老板娘忙到没空

刚才看了餐馆贴的争论，作为爱吃的人还是觉得讨论哪个餐馆哪个菜好吃比较实际。

4月9号晚芝加哥飞路易维尔（在肯塔基州，300英里，4个半小时车程）的联合航空3411
航班超售。
超售的操作流程是这样的，先把票卖出去，钱搞到手，然后指望着有些乘客因为各种原
因不能准时出现。如果大家都很乖，全数到场，座位不够，航空公司就拿小钱贿赂行程
比较灵活的旅客。一进一出，航空官司一定是挣钱的。
这次也不例外，机组拿400美元和免费旅馆来贿赂，没人上钩，大家都登机了。大家都
登机以后，机组宣布贿赂提高到800美元，还是没人理睬（我觉得机组人员不懂心理学
，如果我是个第二天没事干的大学生，我会很愿意拿800美元，但是大家眼睛都盯着，
我肯定不好意思啊。正确的做法是，派一个温柔的空姐找吊儿郎当的大学生模样的年轻
人轻声商量，成功的概率要比用喇叭喊大得多）。
