这个bathroom结构很特殊，double vanity 和toilet，bathtub有一堵墙隔开，使本来
就不大的地方更加狭窄，目测这堵墙不可能承重，决定把它拆了，改成半墙，现在拆了
一点发现问题，首先里面有挺粗的stud，让我怀疑到底是不是承重。更头疼的是，发现
墙中间不仅有电线，还有一根PVC管，电线好改线路，pvc管就麻烦了，有人知道这根管
子干嘛的，这已经是顶楼了，为什么要这么根管子，可以改改路线吗？ |

自从昨天断电之后，这些插头都没有电了，在这些插头里没有找到RESET键，只有在厨
房的插头那里找到，尝试按了，没有用。
在总开关那里没有出现跳闸现象，还是把1,2,3,4,17,19,20都重新拨了一下。
求各位帮忙看看。明天会去HD买个电笔，自己拆开这些开关看看。 |

RESET了，应该不影响BATHROOM的。睡觉前把总闸那的全部关了开一遍看看。

室的实木地板上来，LD反映及时，立马把总阀关掉。大半夜的忙活了两个多小时，终于
把水搞走了，可是卧室的地板缝里还一直侵着水渍，下面的subfloor已经湿透了吧。郁
闷的一个晚上都没睡，这个bathroom是一个月前才装好的，装修款都还没来得及结清，
LD查了水是从tub上滑掉的阀门里冒出来的。第二天立马给装修师傅打电话，师傅拖了
一周才来，问我们怎么解决？垦请大侠们给点建议。是要赔偿还是要重新换地板呢？赔
偿我该要多少？这种有water damage的房子以后卖的时候会有多大的损失？换了地板是
不是subfloor也该换？
我们已经用电暖器吹了一个星期，开窗开门，可是地板缝里还是水渍，很担心以后会长
霉，装修真的是让人心力交瘁啊。 |

bathroom. Several floor tiles are cracked and the grout has chipped out of
between many more tiles, and the floor itself is not level. Replacing the
tiles might not be enough because if the subfloor is not level, the new
tiles and grout will also crack. I need to get a floor guy out to take a
look at that and give me a repair estimate.

等我们被吵醒的时候已经水漫金山， 渗到了旁边living room。 Office来人处理，
先用dehumidifier吹了一个周末，然后开始修厕所的墙，照他们的说法是把bathroom
damage的墙都拆了装新的，可是问题是他们并没有把所有的墙都拆了， 比如靠近浴缸
的那片瓷砖墙，那些瓷砖后面的木头又怎么能干得了呢？到时候长霉了怎么知道？
另外一个很大的concern是他们做了很多painting，我现在推开厕所的门，有一股很难
闻的味道，去问leasing office，他们说是water-based painting， 对大人小孩健康
是无害的。可是我在网上查了查，还是有影响的，比如小孩得哮喘，过敏症的几率会高
很多。我真的很担心对小孩有影响，因为他现在还没上day care。
而且这段时间家里施工搞得很乱，虽然还有另一个厕所不影响正常使用。不知道我这种
情况是否可以和office argue比如下个月之类中止合同，我们的合同到明年4月份
