前两年诺贝尔和平奖，不论是戈尔，还是obama，国际上各大媒体
都有非常明显的争议性。
只有这次刘晓波，国际上各大媒体，不论左右，conservative还是liberal
一边倒的祝贺刘晓波骂TG，貌似从来没有那么一致过。
说老实话，我本来以为以TG这些年存的那么多外汇储备，收买一两
个所谓“国际友人”，一两个有点影响外国媒体骂骂诺贝尔委员会，
应该还是做得到的，但是到现在都一个多礼拜了，只有一个从来没有
听说过的什么“挪威教授”，还有个美国老年愤青在自己blog的博文
里面指责诺贝尔（人家即使指责诺贝，也没有说TG一个好字），TG喉舌
为了增强影响力，仍是造谣给人家戴了个“CNN VP”的头衔，贻笑大方
难怪啊，菌斑EUV等几个著名五毛这个礼拜都发疯了。

马英九指出，这个法庭的存在，应该是为国际争端定纷息争、避免走上冲突甚至战争。但是，这样的仲裁结果，不但没有排难解纷，反而增加了冲突的可能。「在背後操控的势力，看似赢了面子，其实却输了裡子。」
「菲律宾对中国」南海仲裁案，常设仲裁法院今天公布结果，称中国大陆在9段线范围内主张的历史权利没有法律依据，而南沙群岛的所有海上地物，均为礁岩，包括太平岛在内。
马英九晚间在脸书发文表示，从去年12月到今年5月，包括他在内，150多名部会首长、国内外学者专家和国内外媒体，都访问太平岛，亲眼见证这个淡水充裕（南沙唯一）、农产丰富、生活机能完整的岛屿，完全符合「联合国海洋法公约」第121条关于「岛屿」必须「维持人类生存与自身经济生活」的要件。
他说，至今年4月底为止，也有430篇国际媒体完整陈述「太平岛是岛」的事实。太平岛是「岛」不是「礁」，已是国内外多数人的共识。

产生的海洋权利，以及菲律宾声称违反了《公约》的中国某些行为的合法性问题。考虑

I compared VPI, ClearAudio, Linn LP12 and Roksan before getting the Basis.
For my ears, Basis is most accurate. LP12 came 2nd.

401K (a traditional 401K, not a roth 401K). Per IRS rules, at ROTH
conversion, I have to look at all Non-ROTH IRAs.
For example,
(1) I have $10000 rollover IRA, which is pre-tax money (my cost basis is 0,
because I didn't pay tax on it yet)
(2) Today, I contribute $5000 non-deductible IRA (my cost basis is $5000,
because I already paid tax on it)
(3) Tomorrow, I will convert this non-deductible IRA into ROTH IRA

yeah, I didn't know this until a few days ago.
I converted 20K(deductible) +5K (non-deductible) to Roth last year, still
have 50K(deductible) in my rollover IRA.
so I only can claim 1.67K basis for the 5K, and still have 3.33K basis in
the rollover IRA.
so if I don't convert more to Roth in 2012 and after 2012 I can't convert
anymore due to income restriction, the 3.33K basis will stay in my IRA until
I start withdrawal in 20-30 years? And at that time, the basis is still 3.

dividend are counted in cost basis and gains are counted as current number-
cost basis; In fidelity, the cost basis never change, and gains =current
number -neverchagned cost basis.
