我是一个普普通通的中年妇女,今年33.做着一份自己觉得很无聊的工作.有一个四岁的
男孩.每天上下班在路上就要2小时,还好,公司不用加班,所以每天在外面的时间大约10
小时. 每天奔波在家和公司之间,疲于奔命,barely survive.
在目前这家公司干了快3年,该学的早就学完了.觉得现在的工作很boring.(我知道在现
在的时候说这样的话很欠揍,但真的是很boring的一份工作,每天做着同样的事情).
想想为了这份工作,几乎占用了我所有的时间.家里和孩子照顾得非常吃力. 而且老公也
要花很多的时间帮忙在家和孩子上, 真的没有时间干干他自己的事业. 为了这份工作,
我们的life barely survive, 值得吗?
想QUIT,但是现在还不行,因为刚刚在今年夏天买了房,老公一个人的钱供房还有些困难.
但时常在想,如果我QUIT了,我能做写什么呢?

子的照片，爸爸希望我們完成這次行程之後我可以動員我的朋友和校友一起通過各種募
捐來幫助這里的人。爸爸在展示牌上貼了一些孩子們的照片，他們的眼睛都盯著你看，
臉上泥跡斑斑，曬得又黑又髒。一眼就看的出來他們一無所有，而在我們圣馬力諾，我
們有iPads，Janoskis（名牌球鞋）和Priuses （流行日本油電兩用環保車）。山村里
的人們的家里甚至都沒有什么家具。羅老師家最好的東西就是靠墻邊的三張小床。學校

这一年里，我送别了结婚17年相依相伴的老公。
这一年里，我被素不相识的人狠狠伤害过，这一年里，我也被素不相识的好心人深深感
动。
这一年里，有多少个夜晚，我不眠到天明，又有多少个夜晚，睡着以后，多么希望一觉
醒来，这一切只是一个噩梦。
这一年里，我独自带着三个孩子，搬了一次家，找了两个半职工作，看了六次心理咨询

些租客发生骂战，并升级到肢体冲突。事后，租霸恶人先告状，报警把房东送进了牢房
。可怜的房东，因为不懂租务法律，白白失去了心爱的房子，一生的积蓄也化为虚有，
还失去了做人的尊严。
这样的故事天天发生，华人业主的租务纠纷，让许多人倾家荡产。甜美的美国梦，有可
能一下子就掉进官非的深渊。这样的故事罄竹难书，令人心酸。三藩市的租务法律为何

leader突然看到了NWHiker上有人贴的TR和片子，被种草了… 开始两次还很认真地找
report和地图研究，最后也懒得看了，谁知道还会不会再换地方。Groat Mountain只是
一个小山头，离它最近的major peak是5 miles之遥的twin sisters。星期六早上6点半
在Ash way P&R集合，话说我已经有年头没这么早起过床了… 往北开的路上不仅看到了
日出、还看见了月落。大概因为月亮位置已然很低，车子左侧的月亮圆盘看着不仅大，
而且极为清晰、明亮。天也很好，开出没多远就能很清楚地看到Baker了。
Groat Mountain西边不到2 miles的地方是Stewart Peak。夏天，沿着盘山公路可以一
直开到离4200 ft高的Stewart山顶很近的地方。我们三辆4WD塞了12个人尽量往上开，
最后停在了2400 ft高的一个公路转角处。再往上很快道路就完全的被积雪覆盖了，这
是最后一个方便停车的地方。我们计划的路线是沿着公路走到3520 ft高的“丫”字形

actually, my rate of improvement barely moves between 35 and 60, between 60
and 100 it increases dramatically.
If I don't run 85 miles in a week it is barely what I consider training, it
is more like resting.
Even at the age of 42.8 a 60 mile weeks feels like recreational-weekend
warrior type training.
Sure, there are some pretty talented guys that are okay runners on light
mileage, but I ain't talented. |

Prologue
Exactly one year ago, I did my first ever ultramarathon at The North Face
Bear Mountain 50 Miles. It was a very last minute decision inspired by Pen
and Tonyprince. It wasn’t a wise decision because I had very little
training after 2009 NYC marathon and Bear Mountain is a rough terrain where
I only hiked a few times. But looking back I am very glad that I did it.

最近捡便宜货，在大使的忽悠下（大使应该去鞋厂领奖金啊，简直是超级推销员），进
了这两双鞋子，作为我牛顿鞋的补充。纸面看来，两双鞋几乎一样，设计理念都是零
drop的minimalist鞋。
现在两双鞋子Merrell已经积累了一百二十迈，Ino8也跑了二十多迈，我可以肯定地说
，Merrell穿起来比Ino8舒服十倍。
Merrell的toe box比Ino8宽松太多，几乎有点过分，不过，并不造成摩擦。两双鞋子都
鼓励前脚掌落地的跑姿，但是感觉Ino8对脚的惩罚更重。
如果你有脚打泡的问题，我估计Ino8可能更好，因为Ino8的设计更窄（但是对我这样的
宽脚也没有造成任何问题，这点我很满意），脚在鞋子里面不太可能摩擦。
当然，如果你平足的话，也许受不了Merrell的 arc support，但是几乎同样的厚薄，
Merrell对于脚趾头的冲击保护比Ino8强了很多。
下次如果再买，我估计不再会考虑Ino8，当然了，我只穿过 180， 不知道其他的型号
是否有很大的区别。 |

我总结下，我和这里很多人总结long run,尤其20mile long run不够的观点不同
，我包括AM在内的很多计划都看过，我认为除非长期有基础base的人，或者非常有天赋
的（首马BQ, 或者更高要求的），首马不应该跟AM。AM 叫做advanced marathon,

狼，数据帝等的“教学笔记”。去年11月，发了一篇有争议的《我承认想跑马》帖子，
得到训练计划，并执行了两个比赛。最近正好有空，受一个朋友启发，觉得应该每年记
录下重要的事情，就把今年的跑步历程整理了一下，发上来，我觉得对新手有帮助，尤
其对没有大量时间或者不打算大量投入时间又想经历半马全马的人或许有帮助。--所有

我总结下，我和这里很多人总结long run,尤其20mile long run不够的观点不同
，我包括AM在内的很多计划都看过，我认为除非长期有基础base的人，或者非常有天赋
的（首马BQ, 或者更高要求的），首马不应该跟AM。AM 叫做advanced marathon,

简述版本：
TI先讲了网球、高尔夫、棒球的击球发力方式：利用躯干转动来蓄能，就像load
spring一样，然后再利用躯干带动肩、肩带动大臂、大臂带动小臂这样层层加速达到最
大击球力量的。说游泳也应该这样最大化划水力量。
下面这两段话讲了怎样利用转体的时候来“蓄能”，但是我在理解上还是有困难，不是
很明白和击球的转体相似在哪里了。
