Barbecue,是一家中餐自助来的，里面除了通常有的菜肴之外，主要是可以选择喜欢的
肉和各种搭配的蔬菜跟捞面，让师傅给当场炒来吃，味道不错。另外还有蟹腿跟寿司吃
，价格周六晚上，一人13块多，不含小费。总体来说还是很不错的，比之前去的另外那
家great月亮强多了。就是远了点儿，在Stillwater。（1490 Frontage Rd W, 55082）

在波士顿华人中，刘晓那辆名为“无二烤肉”的餐车，几乎无人不晓。当记者10月
16日抵达波士顿时，接站友人直截了当：“要不我先带你们吃点肉串吧！”
友人介绍说，波士顿华人特别是中国留学生众多，在唐人街能找到很多中国小吃，
而“无二烤肉”是波士顿第一家卖烤肉的。要是以前，中国留学生想吃个烤串，还要坐
车去纽约的法拉盛解馋。现在终于不用走那么远了。
一出波士顿唐人街地铁站，就能看到一辆大红色的流动餐车。餐车正面写着一行醒
目的中文字——“正宗羊肉串”，餐车侧身还印有“无二烤肉”的Logo。除中文名字外
，“无二烤肉”也有洋文名字——“Wow Barbecue”。四处飘散的羊肉串香味引得路人

6。 飞盘， 排球等运动器材以便吃撑了休息时用， ：)
7. 如果想吃burger, 买牛肉饼和汉堡胚， 吃热狗买热狗肠和热狗面包。
想吃猪牛排的就买生的排。
不过做些中式烧烤更好，例如鸡翅(腿)， 先用酱油，盐， 姜末等腌一天。
拷时喜欢吃辣的可以洒些辣椒粉。
下面介绍我最爱吃的鸡串， 把鸡胸肉切成小块， 用盐， 酱油， 辣椒面，
孜然拌匀， 掩一会儿。 青椒， 洋葱切成小块。 将鸡块， 青椒块，
洋葱块依次串在竹签子上。 可以在BBQ前一天就准备好。 洋葱考过好有
种甜味， 好吃。
最后可以烤甜玉米。
另外注意， 生火时一定要等油都烧光了再烤， 不然肉里都是煤油味。 |

时朝八晚五，接触的同龄华人很少，至今未找到组织。于是周末的娱乐活动除了锻炼就
是自己逛街。。想问
