一上来看到有人爆我，我郁闷了。这个耳机的确是我这里买的。但是我不是evil，我这

Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
版权，任何人都可以自由使用。可是，为什么最应该用的人却不用呢？我不知道，这是
有意的还是无意的，反正两者都一样可悲。
尤其令人感慨的是，最后它们是由一个美国人放到网上，供全世界浏览。谢谢你，

发帖数: 18578 | 45 看看职业足球，你就知道为什么罗马帝国当年没落了，英国现在球探选尖子都集中在外国移民聚居的贫民窟，因为那里的孩子能吃苦，而足球是他们不多的出头的机会之一，而英国白人中产阶级男孩子大多数都热衷于电玩，网络，社交，泡妞，没有几个人吃的了职业足球训练这个苦，就是所谓的soft。法国应该也不例外，德国西班牙，意大利可能好些，但是也不如以前了。
罗马帝国到后期，日耳曼人士兵价格便宜量又足，罗马公民的孩子都学习希腊哲学，文学，艺术，泡澡泡mm了，最后军队的Barbarization也就顺理成章了。
最开始罗马共和国军队的主力都是意大利本土人，后来意大利公民不愿意当兵了，罗马军队就主要是行省的公民当兵，比如Trajan就是因为在军队出类拔萃才进入政坛，最后成为皇帝的；而从Maximius Thrax开始，罗马军团的精锐部队就是由巴尔干人组成，后来出了一大堆巴尔干来的皇帝，到最后连行省的公民都不想当兵了，军队里面几乎全是日耳曼蛮族，罗马帝国灭亡就理所当然了。
看了罗马帝国的历史，到最后西罗马帝国灭亡的时候，我没有感觉到一个伟大的帝国消亡的悲伤，而是感到一个腐朽邪恶的暴政被推翻的欣慰。 |

题的了解是一定会随着中国考古材料的增加与研究而有日进的。现在考古材料已积累
到一种程度，使得这个问题分析起来头绪相当纷繁。下面将这些头绪初步梳理一下，
试求指出讨论这个问题所需考虑的一些重要因素。
一 “文明”的定义应自史料内部辨认
讲中国文明的起源，第一步的工作自然是说清楚什么是文明，什么是中国文明，
这样我们才能谈到它的起源问题。最近在这个问题上的争论，有一部分是集中在“文
明”这两个字的定义上的；例如有人说红山文化有玉器、有女神庙，证明中国文明可
以追溯到五千年以前的辽河流域；也有人说红山文化还没有发展到文明阶段，还不具
备文明的条件，所以讲中国“文明”的起源还谈不到红山文化（注：安志敏《试论文
明的起源》，《考古》1987年第5期。）。
给文明下定义至少有两条入手途径。第一条是先决定文明这个概念之下包括什么
具体的成分，然后再在中国文化发展史中找寻这些成分在哪一个段落中出现。如果找
到，便知道文明在中国是在什么时候、哪一个阶段出现的。这样即使不能解决文明的

bar bar的意思。就是说外国话的人的意思。最后活下来就可以称呼被你灭了的为蛮族
。蒙古人曾经称呼汉人为南蛮。为了证明自己伟大光明正确，蛮族必须是落后的恶棍…
…所以被称为蛮族，不代表啥。
凯尔特人的一个问题是他们拒绝写字，所有的知识都是口口相传，因此他们人被杀光之
后就没有啥能证明他们过去几千年的辉煌文明了。
幸亏后来有了考古学，证明凯尔特人曾经很牛过。 |
