后来问了DUPLEX的另一家的OWNER, 她说字所以这个房子没卖出去,是因为买家要贷款,
可是他们不同意,所以没卖出去,请问,如果我们用CASH买这房, 没有贷款的话,另一家的
OWNER没有阻挡的权利吧? 另外,如果我们以后要卖这房的话,会不会遇到类似的问题? |

Chase: Purchase, but no reward. (no use), depends, YMMV
Citi: purchase, with reward, 5%, 2%, or 1% whatever, you can also set citi CA
limit to 0. I did this.
BankOne: at least southwest visa: purchase with reward. |

Chase, Amex, and many other (BankOne, who knows, they changed terms recently),
sucks.
3. Go to your bank and ask. YMMV. BoA excellent.
AAA traveller checks, too time-consuming

you mean bank of america? I actually did use credit card to open account with
BOA but they do have a limit on the amount (about $1500 for checking and $300
for saving).

to the referral board. But later the moderator moved it to the "banking deal"

Why not use your checking account?
Remember, Amazon CC is a Visa CC which can be used everywhere. If this works,
you can buy unlimited Amazon CC from Citi merchant network @ 95% using citi di
vidend card (>>> $300). Anyway, Amazon GC is almost cash, don't waste if you
have a chance to buy them. If you have no use of them, sell it to me or exchan

join this program - which is up to 5% and other up to 1% - you might need
to carry balance.
The Cash + Rewards Card is not a program, but rather a new type of card.
(Like Chase Freedom Reward card, 3% for gas, etc and 1% for other).
Not all chase/bankone card qualifies the convertion to Cash + Rewards Visa.
If the CSR can't find this offer in your account, they tend to offer you
Ultimare Cash Rewards program.
