join this program - which is up to 5% and other up to 1% - you might need
to carry balance.
The Cash + Rewards Card is not a program, but rather a new type of card.
(Like Chase Freedom Reward card, 3% for gas, etc and 1% for other).
Not all chase/bankone card qualifies the convertion to Cash + Rewards Visa.
If the CSR can't find this offer in your account, they tend to offer you
Ultimare Cash Rewards program.
