上BALLET I。结果我LG笨嘴笨舌的，愣是回家了。
我们家宝贝都上了两年PRE BALLET了，竟然还让我们家继续上PRE BALLET。
去年要换班，就说我们家小了几个月，今年换又说我们家小没上一年级。
我FT！！！
这课外班和上不上一年级有什么关系。
要是3岁学琴的，学了2年，然后安排和5岁才刚学的一起上课，不是笑话么！ |

发帖数: 5617 | 3 樓主，看照片你的上身練得很不錯。下身穿著長褲，看不到腿。
如果雙腿天生是麻杆腿，要練粗，也要與上身相稱才好，要全身勻稱。
負重下蹲，也許能夠快速把麻杆腿練粗。
但是，負重下蹲。只能練到腿的某些部位。
芭蕾課練腿是全方位的：包括并腿FIRST POSITION下蹲，邁開腿FIFTH POSITION下蹲，
前側後擦地和伸腿，前側後小踢腿大踢腿，還有各種複雜的前側後踢腿和各種腿部運動
。目的包括：鍛煉大小腿前側後上下的肌肉，力度，柔韌性，靈活性。教練說過，就是
要練到你們可以用一條腿站立，提起另一條腿做動作，而保持平衡。目的不是爲了把腿
練粗，然而，結果卻是煉成粗腿和翹臀，既健壯又靈活，有彈跳力，輕盈。你看看下面
的上課內容就知道了。
芭蕾班，像一個軍事訓練班一樣，芭蕾教練是教頭，很嚴格，經常罵人的（對事不對人
）。一個班30個人，站成幾排，教練盯著，全部人都整齊劃一地隨著鋼琴曲做動作，不
得偷懶，不可投機。一練就是兩個鐘頭，中間沒有休息。汗流浹背。
如果你的城市有成人芭蕾班，你可以去看看熱鬧。不一定要加入。開開眼界也好。不喜

大腿跟屁股还有core一般是一起练的，我最近练腿除了WT以外，每周做一次Fluidity，
里面练大腿的部分很给力，MM你搜一下，或者ballet barre也可以，ballet对大腿和屁
股力量要求比较高，这些健身项目都借鉴了ballet。 |

what you said makes some sense. however, it is not a french dance. some
terminologies are in french, such as ecart, promenade, sur place... however,
these are just dance terminologies. classical ballet's terminology is all in
french, because the dance originated in the french royal courtyard. ever since
then, the ballet's jargon has become the standard for dancing (since ballet is
the first form of trained western dance). modern (not as in standard) and jazz

请问在哪里买tap shoes 和 ballet shoes，还有衣服是不是穿紧身白T，裤子是Jazz
pants？
我在amazon看了，tap shoes 很贵，ballet shoe没有黑色小号。
衣服也找不到合适的。
舞蹈老师给的网站里也都是大孩子。
我娃2岁9个月，月底正式上课，是tap 和ballet，班里唯一的男生，今天试课很喜欢。
如果没有其他男孩家长，也请女孩家长帮忙问问孩子的老师，提供点信息，谢谢！ |

Just go to maps.google.com and type in your home address. Then "search
nearyby" for ballet. You might find a couple of ballet studios. Then you
need to figure out whether they offer any adult classes.
Seattle has the Pacific Northwestern Ballet (PNB), which probably offers
adult classes, just like Alvin Ailey in New York, which has a very extensive
program for adults. |
