I had my r5 with me and I hit it so well (as I am supposed to do..)
Monarch Bay Golf course is very nice. I can't believe there are some courses
in Bay area which is so much
affordable than what I thought.

这项运动，很难有所谓的 get around with it这个说法。 当然了，要看不同的level。
这么说吧，如果你认为该洞就是个bogey洞，那可能你咋舒服咋打。
如果就是个正常的，那就是driver
所谓的draw／fade说实话，都是aggressive的办法，而不是正常的打法。这个完全是两
个level的事情。
别忘了，大部分的pga tour player打球都是 1－ dimensional。 能work on ball，
并在场上能打出的都是少数。
这么说吧，你认为你能draw一个球，那么前提是你能很自信的认为你能把球打直了，落
在fairway上。而如果你能draw
出来，那表明这里是有很大的优势。
如你图中所示，你瞄在fairway的左边，不是也能cut过这个角落？
我提过很多的work on ball, 我也给jeamouse 演示，在driving range。 我上次和
balbatross打得最后一个洞，我也演
示了一个球如何curve过树，然后落在左角落的球洞部分。 还是9 |

We had a great fun!
Hopefully, Bayarea golfers would have more often golf outing as the weather
getting nicer.

Admired your stable performance--always green in regulation. Also thanks for
connecting the dots for me and Joe. I contacted him afterwards and he may
come out play with us too. He also mentioned a couple of yahoo mailing list
for regulars.
Played a round at Bridges with Voiyer. Course condition was great but design
was evil--lost countless balls there. Need to get much better before trying
again. |

发帖数: 3067 | 5 Bridges is my "home course", local knowledge do get paid off.
The course was designed by Johny Miller, like all Johny Miller's courses, it
requires your precise on club selection.
there are certain holes, you have to follow the 攻略.
such as:
#1, dont use drive, tee off with 3-wood to keep your ball in bound.
#2, treat it as par5 instead of par4, lay-up your second shot on a par4
#3, plan your second shot aroud 100-110, or whatever distance most
comfortable as second shot

上周在18洞梯台， 也有想到aiming for the cart path. 可惜没有命中， 有点偏左。
同组的一个球落在cart path 右边的坡上， 也滚回到了到cart path 上。 的确是不
用担心miss to the right.
#1,#2,#17 用driver 的确非常容易打丢球。下次减少driver 的使用。或则driver chok down 轻打。 我#1轻打球保住了， #2&17 重打都飞了。 #17 其实不怎么偏， 还是丢了。 只能在个别洞 grip it and rip it, 大多数洞还是 pro v1 保卫战效果好些。
很多球都需要 飞跃横断fairway 的峡谷， 打短了也丢球。打那种球 对深浅控制要准确。

本来想去quick 9 hole round, 一看排队开球 和 一个家伙 开球从 white tee 开到
red tee,
顿时golfing mood 全无， refund 走人了。
突然很想打那种private club atmosphere, with scenic views.
这样只有 bridges ， callippe (certain time slots) playable 。
估计 4p 是晚了点。 |
