本人小护士一枚，最近信用卡公司把我卡上负的balance（包括神医当初付的$5xx4,和
另外的$4xxx.61）都return到神医ffenglu当时给我做billpay的银行账号上。然后找
ffenglu帮忙是否可以把退到他付款帐号上的钱还给我。神医的说法是当初的billpay是
他的partner（ 具体不清楚是合伙人还是上线）做的，现在他也没办法拿回这笔钱。请
问大家现在这件事该怎么解决？同时也希望ffenglu和他的合伙人上来给个说法，你们
之间有纠纷，不要拿小护士和小护士的钱出气啊。毕竟小护士挣点草地钱也很不容易。
另外，还有请遇到过类似事件的，有知内情的，医护站内联系，提供一下帮助。万分感
激。
详情如下：
8月初的时候信用卡公司把我卡上所有的负的balance（$9000多）全退回到了神医的
bill pay service，大概2个礼拜左右我收到信用卡公司给我寄的纸质mail才发现这个
事情，当时就立即给信用卡公司打电话，了解具体情况并要求他们stop这个return。然

那么我如果再用B卡消费200美元，那么下一个月账单下来， 我需要付多少以避开利息？
1， 最低还款额＋200
2， 2000＋200.
我觉得是第一个，但是有家银行的网站写的是2. 我不明白，2000不是免息的么？我换
最低就ok，另外多还的200，我就可以把自己purchase的全部cover掉。难道transfer之
