来记录当前子树信息，因为这种题都需要用递归从root一直到leaves.
而且求depth要递归，判断balanced还要递归，最好一次递归就把所需要的值都存下来
类似的还有那道求树中两结点间最大path那题

不能免俗的就开始比较公司。
一个90年代出国，现在儿子都大学毕业的中国阿姨说自己的公司“最清闲”。“每天什
么都不用做” “天天 WFH 都可以，基本回个邮件就行了。”
大部分人都十分赞同。称赞是 work-life balance 太好了！
我觉得这哪里是 balance. 这不都没有 work 了。感觉国人脑子里还是铁饭碗，没事做
，国企大锅饭的思想。
觉得work-life balance 就是每年工作的时候，大部分日子8小时完事。每年不超过10
天需要 stay late.
上班8小时，最好时间可以 flexible. 平均1-2小时开会比较轻松。1小时左右可以比较
放松的工作。剩下的时间认真工作。
下班后不觉得身心疲惫。
难道这样还不够 balance 么？
非要什么活都没有，才叫 balance? |

1. balance transfer initial time: the biz day you apply for bt, no matter
online or by phone. citi经常说的一年(六个月，what ever)0 apr就是从这天
开始（推荐do it on monday）
如果你拿到的offer是到固定的某天截止就不用考虑这个因素。
2. balance posting time: after you deposit the check and the check is
cleared.当你存了支票，你存支票的银行clearn这张支票后，
citi会把balance post到帐上。在这之前，make sure你的current balance是0。
3. 0 apr due day. schedule你的payment On or before这个时间,you will be safe。
citi会在这天后的一个biz day从你arrange的帐户取钱。
博士建议pay your balance to be -1$

举例：1）如果你平常老是保持balance低于10%的信用额，分数是720（取决于其他条件
）。
2）如果其他条件不变，而你平常的balance是40%，分数可能是715。
看去来720比715高，但是平时你又不买车又不买房，高的分数有什么用？只用在贷款时
你的分数高，才可以给你带来低利息。
在2）的情况下，在贷款前的2个月，你把balance降到10%以内，分数反而会往上冲一下
，可能到730。（如果一直保持10%的balance，过一段时间分数会回到720）
而在1）的情况下，balance从10%以内往下降，没有空间，分数没法涨。
这种小技巧非神就是了。还有，只要你的分数高于一定的数字，就是最低的利率了，分
数再高也没法降利率了。 |

？Utilization一般都是指当月statement balance和credit limit的比。
我觉得你这个算法不存在。信用分数是一个随时间变化很明显的分数。如果存在，有个
很重要的问题：历史最高statement balance的影响存在多久？从来没有在信用报告上
看到历史最高statement balance的时间记录。
我猜信用报告里面的历史最高statement balance只是作为reference作用，对分数没有
影响。

balance debt。基本上一家人的支出消费，都是走这两张卡。美洲有差不多4K debt，
APR是24.58，每个月利息是100$出头。运通也有几千debt，16.22% APR,每月也有近100
$利息。考虑再三，决定试一下balance transfer到0% APR的信用卡。我可以每月按时
还款，但是没有利息。申请了Citi Simplicity，新客户21个月 0% APR for purchase
and balance trasnfer。 No Late Fees EVer, No Penalty Rate, No Annual Fee 。
我开卡就只是为了balance transfer。只有citi银行有21个月 0%APR，是目前最长的。
等debt还完了，这个卡我也不会用的。
现在我的问题是： Citi只给了我7K的额度。我是应该先弄美洲银行的debt（高利率）
、 还是运通的？另外，balance能转多少道citi新卡上面，才不会太risky和影响信用

现在除cut cap balance之外所有的法案都只是cut spending, 并不能cut deficit.不
管是之前的十年cut 4T,还是现在的十年cut 1-2T, 最终的结果还是继续增加债务,只不
过增幅减缓而已.现在美国按照目前奥八的spending level,一年大概增加1T.
最混淆视听的是就算通过cut spending法案,不管DEM or GOP的,顶多也就本届国会只剩
下的FY2012起作用, 对以后的国会并没有强力约束作用.他们会有很多方法避开,最简单
的就是这减了,别的地方再加回来.
只有balanced budget amendment 才能一劳永逸的解决问题.就算这个通过了,也只是意
味着以后不再增加新的债务而已.14.5T的债务加上利息也够还一阵子了.
强力反对cut spending, cut deficit的基本是靠吃政府过日子的,包括没有收入的懒汉, 政
府工作人员.
