吃的东西涨了太多，organic鸡蛋以前3块，现在最便宜的也要4块了
附近的餐馆，bakery都是25分一涨，涨的好快，以前5块的饭，现在6块多了

错的是没有在孩子的婴儿阶段就早早地给喂各种食物有关，现在都吃罐头瓶装的baby
food。
象中国人一样早早得就给宝宝吃一般食物，孩子长大多半没有任何食物过敏的。
孩子学校里的nuts过敏是很烦，很多学校都是nuts free的，真的是很麻烦。不小心在
bakery里买的点心给孩子到到学校里当午饭吃（暑假班没catering servcie的时候），
老师看见里面有一点点nuts flake都不让孩子拿出来吃。 |

放在女儿房间储藏室，所以，我搬了椅子上去拿他的相册，儿子的照片有两本，我拿的
是那本我和先生共同给他建立的那一本，给了他在我肚子里的一张照片。 很可能他们
没有如愿离开。我不知道发生了什么，我在楼下听儿子说照片是他拿的 （他怕他们伤
害我？主动承担责任？）。然后他房屋的门被锁上，我担心我的儿子被他们害了。我很
长时间都没有去看那些照片，因为我曾经浏览过，都是过去的照片。而最新的照片都被
他们偷走了，特别是关于女儿的照片偷的一干二净。我没事，就把相册都抱下来再次查
看，发现很多东西被篡改或擦掉了，就连合影也是被合成的。为了防止所有的照片被销
毁，我就把他们都收起来了。其实，很多时候，我不是不知道某个人不是我的丈夫，而

他妈的要多难吃有多难吃。国内路边的羊肉串和各种烤肉串，加上两瓶燕京啤酒，啊呀
我的妈呀，吃上50串都不嫌多。美国的那什么rib, 吃一条就感觉想吐。
那个牛排，什么peter luger我也吃过，那都什么狗屁玩也，还分什么ribeye, t-boen,
filet mignon, sirloin, top sirloin。要在嘴里像吃生肉，毫无美味可言。那
waiter眼神看你就像城里人看到乡下人一样。哪有粤菜里面的嫩牛仔骨好吃。
面包，港式面包房里的肉松面包，炸猪排三明治，还有菠萝面包。早产加上一杯咖啡，
白吃不厌。美国的啥吗面包房里面什么donut, cupcake, bagel, 要么甜的你牙疼，要
么硬的你牙嘣，总之无法下咽。
色拉，国内色拉都是专门的色拉油（就是mayo)加土豆，加水果，加一点ham丁，一点蛋
白丁，搅拌一起，那叫一个好吃。这里的salad,就是叶子拌鸡胸肉，浇上一点酸酸的啥
vinegrette sauce, 一口也咽不下。

货品种类也就那么回事，价钱确实低廉一些，质量过得去，但是不构成足够的吸引力。
可以想象，也许那种好多孩子的家庭会觉得这里的东西更适合些，毕竟如果钱包不鼓，
孩子又多，也就不太在乎种类丰富与否了。
同样来自德国的LIDL店，感觉要好一个档次。首先店面环境上升一个档次，其次，有一
个驻店bakery虽然烤制得不是高档货，但是好在现烤，还是可以得。其他食品，选择余
地和质量，似乎都比ALDI提高一个档次。连店的外观感觉也顺眼一些。 |

整体粮食不会缺，但是面粉之类的在零售店很容易缺货。最主要是供应大型餐饮服务商
（连锁饭店，学校食堂，bakery等等）的产品包装跟零售店的不一样，零售类包装厂无
法短期增产，但是消费明显转向grocery store. |

this is a good example of free market system generating competition which
results in better product at cheaper price. the fallen bakery may go out of
business, and someone else to take over and make a success again by making
