行。

可以贷到钱去收购，当然Bain自己也得拿钱，银行也不是冤大头。
他说的有一点错误，就是借的债不是在收购的公司账目上，而是在Bain自己的
账目上。如果将来Bain不能以更高价将公司卖出，那么Bain就是亏损的。Bain
的收购也有不少是亏损的，但是Bain可以成功因为成功的收购更多，比如staples,
sports authority, sealy mattress, domino pizza, burger king, dunkin donuts,
toys r us。对于失败的公司，Bain确实是lay off workers, sell assets，因为
要recoup investment啊。 |

Davis修了俩次没修好， 又退了两次， 还是没有完全搞定。 期间Bain & Davis的态度
极差， 没有任何积极合作的诚意， 镜子拆装两次， 后来发现有很大的ring mark。

归大学管，IRS和大学都对Romney和O8没意见。
Outsourcing 更是O8无中生有炒作出来的话题，首先O8那些关于Bain outsourcing 的

（1）很多人认为白人有种族歧视，所以华人与应该其他少数族裔一起反对白人。但是

人感觉就像老毛当初的打土豪分田地，听起来很得人心，实际上唯一的赢家是老毛自己。
我不清楚romney和obama谁更有良知和所谓的报国理想，至少我知道romney在担任麻省
州长时，麻省的预算由$3b的赤字变成$2b的盈余；romney还在盐湖城冬奥会面临受贿丑
闻和财政紧张的时候临危受命，力挽狂澜。至于bain capital，两家被bain整合过的企
业ceo出来现身说法，讲述在他们的企业面临破产危机而没有一家银行愿意贷款帮助他
们渡过困境的情况下，是bain帮他们绝处逢生，企业员工得以继续成长壮大，包括因此
创造更多的就业机会。至于当初重组时的裁员，任何企业在面临危机时都难以避免，无
论他们是否受到private equity的收购，不是吗？
我不知道obama在任上都解决了什么实际问题，尤其是改善经济上。美国需要一位像
romney一样有执行力和解决问题的领袖，而不是光会说漂亮话和拉选票的obama. |
