宝宝出生纸上面他"爸爸"的birthplace写成Baijing,China;本应该是Beijing, China;
这会对宝宝造成影响吗? 因为我们马上要给宝宝办护照和回中国的旅行证件。回国后还
要到爸爸的城市办个户口。
能更改吗？需要多久？如果不会有什么影响就不改了。

比赛前的Longrun千万不要勉强，最后走是对的。跑不动就说明身体不在状态。比如前面
跑快了、温度太高了什么的。我前几周的18mile本来也是准备20了，到后来感觉不对就
赶紧回家了。这个时候再受伤就亏大发。
你的训练没有问题、足够了，下周再跑个15左右的mid就可以开始tapering。按心率跑是
个很好的办法，但是你的比赛要冲BQ，不知道这时按着心率跑合不合适。可以问问baij

路线不好跑，坡挺多，还有两个上坡是逆风跑的，可能用力过猛，而且可能更关键的是
水喝少了，不过德州的天气真不能预计会怎样。
昨晚想了想，还是实力不够，等这次比赛完，咱要跑得更快更远-:)
