的反手握拍，大拇指要在侧棱上， 这样确实很舒服，熊国宝也是这么强调的，赵剑华
好像只是在反手勾小对角实强调。
不过这个反手闪腕很难弄 :) |

。 不过跟专业运动员那样上来就扑，感觉很难。 李在福强调立腕低身接，欧觉得好别

这次又去问建宁，发叔和龙哥你愿意要哪个做你四分卫。以前都是外交辞令，两不得罪
。这次爽快地选了发叔。这也没什么，居然连龙哥名字都不屑一提，只说“the guy
they have”。最后在夸完发叔伟大之后，加上“the guy”在伟大的发叔后面学了很多
东西。短短两三句话，连捅龙哥后背三刀。跟发叔当年说龙哥"fell into good
situations","surprised he did do it (win SB) earlier" 这些“backhanded
compliments”如出一辙。
其实作为WR，建宁更喜欢发叔并不意外，以前的回答里，文字间就已经带了这个意思。
当时说，发叔喜欢把球扔出去，给外接手机会去make plays。龙哥更倾向于make
better decision，extend play by himself。显然是抱怨龙哥把credit都抢了，导致
自己在绿湾重要性下降成为cap room casualty。我做外接手，也喜欢四分卫把球扔出
来，就算被截杀，也比死抱着球被麻袋好。

另外看一些教学视频，比如‘打好乒乓球’‘学打乒乓球’，关键是固定动作，
用正确的动作练发球机
直板练反手挺难，我到现在还用不好，时灵时不灵。另外直板还是需要有强大
的正手，用正手弥补反手不足。

different rubbers even though u can always go back to your

fukuhara is currently using it.
T05-FX might be good for backhand but it should also be suitable for
forehand. As soon as I opened the package the rubber started to bend towards
the surface - a sign that its sponge is tuned and filled with tension.

hard to control the quality of its return, u return either under
the net or too high, yesterday i lost a guy 0:3 easily who is just
1900, basically i was playing most of the time, hardly had chance
to attack.
I hope to have more chances to play against this styles, not
many 2000 level guys play this style though. |

我的问题都是下网，没有高的
去年打的日本直板单面生胶，速度也不快，倒是有位北卡的横板的生胶内面速度快一些
但是他其它一般，当然偶尔赢赢1900多的倒是 |

have no problem...but for shakehand, it is always harder to play
against 2 different rubber side players in our level, so i would
always suggest guys to try different rubbers in both sides. |
