1. your partner returns net
obviously, she must follow up to cover the frontcourt, thus the backcourt is
yours. If your original position is near the center backcourt, it could
facilitate your next move especially offensively.
2. your partner returns clear
when this happens, normally she will back up to her side of midcourt for a
parallel defensive position. You will have enough time to adjust your
position, so it doesn't really matter where you had stayed. |

步法：
backcourt, forcourt, left, right, left lounge, right lounge
自己的弱项，
1.后场步法，尤其是左边的，还需练习；
2.前场步法，打的时候习惯性只迈一步，要改掉坏习惯，:S；
3.步法、准备姿势和打法要结合，练的时候还可以，一开打就什么都忘了，:S
要自己多练习了，时间真不够用 |

Backcourt isn't it? A guard should go back whenever
someone fire a shoot, to prevent fast break. Forward
waited to see if there is an offensive rebound.
Same thing for defensive, guard should be in front court
to see if there is fast break chance.
It's a big difference and that's why Kobe had less rb.
If you played him a forward, he certainly will average
8 rb if not more. When shaq was out for 15 games,Kobe average

options in the backcourt, signing Rashad McCants to a non-guaranteed
contract, a person with knowledge of the deal said Thursday.

that this young man can play this well at this level (I'm trying to be
polite here) because nightly I see him absorb a physical beating that I've

many cases don't even garner a whistle when they are committed against J
