发帖数: 248 | 1 小弟08年MB R350，因故有一段时间没开。然后就发动不了，到 Dealer A换了主电池,
开回来不久 Battery light 又亮了，开回Dealer A，告知辅电池（Auxillary
battery）坏了, 但辅电池位于比主电池更深的地方，不容易Access，共需近 $450 (3
hour labor)。Dealer A同时说辅电池在主电池有电的时候是不用的，因此不影响正常
行驶，建议不必换。
又跑到Dealer B 咨询，B说法和 A不同，告知辅电池如坏了，它会Keep draining
battery from main battery，从而影响主电池寿命。另外B换辅电池只要近$250 (比A
便宜了近$200)。
现在不知道哪家说得靠谱，小弟想请教同开奔驰的前辈：
1. 奔驰车除了主电池还有一块辅电池，辅电池的作用到底是什么？仅仅是主电池的
backup还是有专门的作用？坏了到底要不要换？
2. R350 的辅电池到底在什么位置？比主电池容易Access，还是不容易，还是和主电池

以一直是当作罗马军团的auxillary用的。
在布诺战争中的最重要的战役,Battle of Cannae和Battle of Zama，怒米迪亚骑兵都
起到了决定性作用。但是帝国后期，因为帝国战争前线北移到莱茵河和多瑙河一线，北
非土著的怒米迪亚骑兵就很少发挥类似的重要性了。后来帝国时期罗马军团的战争，骑
兵主要是高卢或者日耳曼部落的盟友或者雇佣兵，很少听说有成建制的怒米迪亚骑兵在
大战中使用。

就是历史上的大事件了。不过那也是因为没钱养活职业军人，中国古代战争主要是大量
征召没有长时间职业化军事训练的农民或者牧民，所以看起来军队人多，但是真的只看
职业军队，比如著名的北府兵，最多不过8万人，而其中的精锐，也不过万人左右；唐
太宗的“玄甲军”，就是古代的重骑兵，人数不过3500，但是却能攻无不克；而吴三桂
的关宁铁骑中的夷丁突骑，也不过数千人，却可以纵横天下，从人口比例来看，古代领
主（控制人口往往也就几十万或者一两百万）每次拉几百职业军人出来也不太寒碜了。
罗马共和国早期，还在争夺意大利控制权的时候，就能一次拉出来将近10万人群殴，从
一个侧面显示中世纪时期的生产力低下，无法养活庞大的军队，Dark Age真不是盖的。
罗马鼎盛时期有30个以上的军团（包括Auxillary,应该有30多万人）长期在帝国的边界
驻扎，等我过两天有时间敲一篇出来介绍一下，在2千年前，中央政府能养活并且支持
30多万人的职业军队，生产力还是很牛逼的。 |

tranny is always a weak spot for honda. odyssey is heavy and tranny will be
stressed more than a lighter car.
At 45K, you should change ATF. No need to flush, just drain and fill 3
times. Every time, you can drain 3.5 qts ATF out. So you need to buy one
case of ATF (12 qts) from a honda dealer.
After 45K service, I would drain and fill ATF once every 2 oil changes. It

a long time?
Honda transmission is notoriously bad. New models may be better than before
. But it is still below average. I have a 05 odyssey EXL. A few days ago,
I received a letter from honda saying that the warranty on torque converter
will be extedned to 8yr/105K. So many years have passed and honda still
does not know how to build a decent transmission. Many honda owners avoid

05年的奥德赛问题很严重，所以这也是延保的原因，我觉得厂家之所以延保是因为比较
负责吧，我不认为honda的owner 会隐瞒问题来保所谓的“价值”。
还有一个问题，你为什么要install auxillary transmission？

prevents ATF from decomposing due to high temperature. Transmission will be

热泵还需要除冰，效率更低。

预定温度低很多而又不想让aux heat 加热， 可以把温差设大。加上设定压缩机开至少
2小时再考虑aux heat.
唯一缺少的是时间显示藏在深处。
最大好处： 开关调温不用去温控器处。在手机，iPad上操作。太方便了。可以在办公
室控制家里的温度。
还可以设定温度湿度保警。（email）。 |

是可以得到unbiased estimate,样本量与variance之间的关系也不是线形的；你说的模
型优化可能是指已经收集到一个样本数据之后的事，但是即使如此，也可以引入
auxillary data来增加信息量，比如利用census data做 post-stratification，pool
data across multiple surveys, small area estimation, etc. |
