focus on clean jerk and snatch. single arm is fine, as it trains you how to
balance. swing is an auxiliary move, not has comprehensive as clean jerk.
other useful auxiliary: bottom up clean and rack, then walk around.
the thing i don't like the most is to accept all the shock with your body
and joints during drop. now mostly i use book/rubber cushion to accept drop,
reduce negative shock to joints.

前面讲到罗马在476BC这一年与Veii作战并取得胜利，但是罗马和Veii的和平并没有维
持太久就又一次爆发了。这次Veii和Sabine人联合起来。罗马在处理了内部纷争后（
Fabii家族被灭后代表平民的Tribunes-保民官借此事向贵族发难，接连起诉多个前任和
现任的consuls），派出了执政官Publius Valerius带兵进攻Veii，拉丁盟邦为这次战
争出了辅助兵种（auxiliaries）。这次罗马人的速度是够快的，Valerius达到的时候
，对方联军似乎还没完成整编，Sabine人的营地还在Veii城外靠近城墙的地方。
Valerius决心立刻让步兵发动攻击，这给敌人造成了极大的混乱。Veii人事前对罗马人

在大、中型飞机上和大型直升机上，为了减少对地面（机场）供电设备的依赖，都装有
独立的小型动力装置，称为辅助动力装置或APU。
APU的作用是 向飞机独立地提供电力和压缩空气 ，也有少量的APU可以向飞机提供附加
推力。飞机在地面上起飞前，由APU供电来启动主发动机，从而不需依靠地面电、气源
车来发动飞机。在地面时APU提供电力和压缩空气，保证客舱和驾驶舱内的照明和空调
，在飞机起飞时使发动机功率全部用于地面加速和爬升，改善了起飞性能。降落后，仍
由APU供应电力照明和空调，使主发动机提早关闭，从而节省了燃油，降低机场噪声。
通常在飞机爬升到一定高度（5000米以下）辅助动力装置关闭．但在飞行中当主发动机
空中停车时， APU可在一定高度（一般为10000米）以下的高空中及时启动，为发动机
重新启动提供动力。
辅助动力装置的核心部分是一个小型的涡轮发动机，大部分是专门设计的，也有一部分

，那天的國慶閱兵，軍容特別壯盛，與往年相較，似也更顯得具有特殊的意義。
正當閱兵進行至高潮，人心振奮、如火如荼之際，突然傳來一件更加令人歡欣鼓舞的消
息：我方空巡邏機，在馬祖附近上空擊落中共（那時尚稱共匪）米格機（那時稱為匪機
）五架。
在這則好消息中，並附帶了一件悲壯、更能激起民心士氣的消息，就是在空戰中，我方
飛行員張迺軍少尉所駕的軍刀機和米格機相撞，與敵同歸於盡，壯烈成仁。
當天台灣的各家廣播電台（那時尚無電視），和第二天的各家報紙，都以大篇幅競相報
導這件「五比一」的大捷，成為國慶新聞中的新聞。對張迺軍的「成仁」，更有許多生
動、感人的描述。
兩三天後，台北兩家報紙的副刊上，並分別刊登了兩篇由一位空軍學長馮俊生的太太李
錦玲，和另一位同學朱偉民所寫的題目同為「悼迺軍」的文章，空軍總部也已開始著手
辦理撫卹事宜。但就在這時，卻收聽到了來自對岸張迺軍告知家人他平安無恙的廣播。
