The Journal of Autoimmunity publishes papers related to the diverse aspects
of autoimmunity: the mechanism of self-recognition, regulation of autoimmune
responses, experimental autoimmune diseases, diagnostic autoantibody tests,
and the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and treatment of autoimmune diseases
. Special, but not exclusive, attention will be given to papers dealing with
genetic, molecular biology, and cellular aspects of the discipline.

e（比如哮喘）是通过改变Th1/Th2的平衡实现的，也有说和T-reg有关系的。怎么可能和
parasite物理上是不是通过呼吸道有关系啊。。。
打个比方 hookworm有n多的报道能治哮喘和一系列消化道的autoimmune disease (IBD,
Crohn's disease, etc)，如果哮喘是因为hookworm要通过呼吸道进入消化系统，那ho
okworm也能治消化道疾病又是什么原理呢？hookworm甚至还有报道能治multiphle scle
rosis这个脑袋里的autoimmune disease，难道是因为hookworm还要过血脑屏障？ |

不过那时的医学水平就那个样子。而且那个医生只是非常不负责任，心不在焉，不一定
是他有意害人。
鲁迅早死可能有以下几个因素：
1）因为父亲考试作弊，小时候非常仇恨社会，心理扭曲。心身互动，带来了后来抑郁
和免疫系统紊乱的种子。
2）长期大量抽烟。
3）熬夜，学洋人喝咖啡，生活无规律。
4）甲状腺功能可能有问题，不过那时的医学不懂。hypothyroidal，易疲劳，抑郁，于
是大量喝咖啡抽烟提神。
4）很早就补牙。并且因此大骂中医，不会拔牙，连个牙齿都不会补。当时补牙用的是
amalgam，一年毒性等于吸500年的雾霾。
其实中医说他“肾亏”，意思就是免疫系统问题大，是没错的。牙周炎除了口腔卫生，
和免疫系统也有联系，他的autoimmune system有大问题。鲁迅有偏头痛，migraine，
现在都认为是autoimmune的问题。

有本书《the paleo approach》，说是中医最早提出此概念的，也就是作者把上火等同
于inflammation， 还说是中医最早提出autoimmune问题的。有的说不是。
我怀疑不是，但是可以联系起来。
有人说肾亏就是现在最流行的 autoimmune disease。
中医的肾亏，其实看描述，也就是免疫系统的问题。
用来补肾的那些东西，现在也是用来帮助免疫系统，避免aotoimmune disease的那些。

there isn't enough information provided so below is just my guess,
i guess “自身免疫性溶血性贫血” is autoimmune hemolytic anemia, don't know
if it was diagnosed as cold antibody or warm antibody,
looking at the second part of your description, seems as your friend is
being treated with ITP, which is often treated with steroid and if not
responsive then IVIG or even splenectomy,
with your friend's family history i think he or she would need a bone marrow
biopsy since sometimes you see autoimmune hemolytic |

is a couple points that I thought might be useful.
1. The most common cause for hypothyroidism in healthy female is
Hashimoto thyroiditis (桥本氏甲状腺）. This is an autoimmune problem in
which your body makes antibody against your thyroid gland. Like most
autoimmune diseases, female is a lot more likely to get than male for
unknown reasons. Hashimoto thyroiditis can be confirmed by testing the TPO

platelets, most commonly autoimmune mechanisms. this could be ITP, could
also be a part of other know autoimmune diseases.
if you could, post a description of the events in chronological order. also

是这样的：大概去年十月，十一月份的时候开始每次月经来的时候淋巴肿大，月经结束
后淋巴慢慢变小或消失。这个月初又是这样，月经来了，淋巴肿起来，不一样的是这次
还伴随发烧，一烧到现在。发烧的时候觉得冷，吃退烧药才会觉得好。人是极端疲惫，
不过食欲很好。目前医生排除了这几个东西：mononucleosis，lupus。目前做CT是为了
看是不是lymphoma。
值得一提的是四年以前她得过mononucleosis，两三个星期后她觉得好了，回去上班两
星期后月经一来，淋巴肿大加发烧，于是又开始看医生(infectious disease)。两个月
后自己康复，医生一直也没有结论。期间医生也怀疑过lymphoma，还照了CT，结果医生
看了觉得lymphoma可能不大，没建议biopsy。不过当时发烧归发烧，没有极端疲惫的感
觉。
这次这个血液与癌症医生一开始以为是lupus，因为她姐姐有，而且二月份一次血检ANA
positive。但是几天前专门查lupus又是negative。

disease （过敏也是一种），一个很重要的原因就是太干净了。婴儿从生下来就很少接
触细菌和寄生虫。人类和这些所谓的“脏东西”共同进化了多少万年了，我们的免疫系
统实际上跟这些脏东西是共存的，现在突然间把这些东西生生的用洗涤灵和药物杀掉，
人类自身的免疫系统不适应，很容易就造成了过敏甚至是更严重的免疫疾病（简单来说
，白细胞没啥可干的了，就开始跟自己的细胞过不去，结果就是过敏，哮喘等等
autoimmune disease)。
所以，宝宝适当的放养是应该的。。。 |

类似的情况，坚强地挺过来了。在julie mm的催促下，今天去旧金山的St luke's
hospital 看了一个急诊，遇到一位Dr Rosanne Botha大夫挺好的，她建议我去
Stanford诊所看Hematology，特别是autoimmun
有人熟悉Stanford 的Hematology医生，特别是autoimmune方面的？请求推荐一下。
今天通过julie的电话和急诊确定了几件事情。
1， 指标是53的时候就应该一周检查一次，不应该两周检查一次，以至于掉到33这么多
。以后如果有人和我类似应该警惕。
2. 33-10之间宝宝是可以保住的，但是如果血小板在10以下，那么胎盘可能自发性出血
，宝宝就保不住了，因为我现在前两周跌了30，后两周跌了20，所以跌到10仍有一定的
可能性，所以急诊医生建议我5月22日去验血，看prednisone是不是起到了延缓的效果
。如果降到10以下，我需要住院。
