第一，抛去短暂的charismatic
authority不说，绝大多数历史时期的authority都是traditional authority与legal
rational authority的混合，所不同的是哪一种成分居多。譬如上面那个路易十四的例子
。韦伯对rational legal authority的定义依赖于legitimacy的定义，但是legitimacy的
定义也是随着历史发展而发展的，并不是固定不变的。（historicism?)
第二，Tradition作为一种norm或是 informal institution，它和formal rules（formal
institution) 是可以相互转换，相互影响的，formal rules可以改变tradition，但是也
可以成为tradition。同样的tradition也可以成为written laws。这样一来，我们在看到

SAAB版在您老的大力支持下,开版近半年了。这半年来本版发展壮大,其讨论研究内容的
专业性和和谐友好的氛围吸引了广大的Saab owner和其他品牌的车迷,聚集了一批能人
专才，讨论内容也日趋多样化,比如说在本版举办的第一次DIY月赛

发帖数: 2853 | 17 我自己的，2000 9-5。上次rebuild过的blower motor又不行了，时不时接触不良。还好
弄过一次，轻车熟路了。花了大约40分钟把motor 拆出来，又是同一个电刷有点生锈，
而且发现后边的弹簧明显不能提供足够压力。把两个弹簧都拆出来一比，那一个明显短
一截，奇怪的设计。重新打磨一遍，把那个长的换到接触不好的一头。另外的一个实在
找不到大小合适的替换，从圆珠笔里边拆了一个出来插在原来的中间，虽然细一点，不
过压的更紧一些。重新装回去，一切正常。
朋友的，2000 Maxima。自称不出冷风，我试了一下出风口，确实不凉，听不到clutch闭
合的声音。买了一罐R134a往里加，加不进去。见鬼了，我自己进车里去看，发现她放在
econ档:( 我要疯了，已经跟她所过无数次要看手册了，不过有的人就是不听。打到aut
o后能加进去了，而且也开始出凉风，所以加了一点就停了。
朋友的，200x Focus。设计很不友好，需要下右前轮和挡泥板才能够着低压口。打开空
调发现clutch频繁开闭，怀疑是overcharge。不过朋友夫妇拿着不知从哪弄来的说明，
