正教授1，老外，从Berkeley 花大钱挖过来两年，拿到英国offer, 估计英国工资太低
，没那么想走，找到dean of college of science, 估计想让多少加点工资,至少挽留
一下，结果人家微笑着说 probably Singapore may not be a good place to stay
for a long time. 气的人家还是去英国了
副教授1：欧洲人，老婆香港人。两年前还没tenure, 在澳洲找了个associate
professor 职位, 一算扣完税工资没新加坡高，还是想呆在新加坡，不敢和领导提在外

当初我们是正式谈过合作的，他在这个方向做了很多年，而我是新人，我希望他可以给
我的paper提供一些好的意见（是我当初一厢情愿了）。而我在实验上比较擅长，所以他
希望我可以在技术上帮助他们组。当我的文章出来了带上他的名字的时候，他也没说半
个不字，还做了一些minor的文字上修改。而我一直在技术上帮助他们组，等他们的会议
摘要和文章出来了，甚至完全不让我知道。如果他真正的认同只有实质贡献才能文章挂
名的观点，当初就不应该在我的文章上挂名，对不对？现在就完全不顾我这么长时间在
技术上帮他的组，不让我挂名他们组的文章了？这不是人品问题还是什么？如果我是系
里的staff，提供技术支持是我的本质工作，那么我无话可说。现在我是按照当初说的合
作协议以合作者的身份来提供技术支持，难道这些又不是贡献了？还说什么我的技术支
