I have no confidence that the Brunswick authorities will ensure justice. I
would ask for Federal involvement. With a history of racism and segregation
what else can we expect from Georgia. I do hope that Al Sharpton or other
prominent leader shows up. Why is the police intimidating the teens families
? Just because they are poor, uneducated, and black?

我还没来得及去狗狗。
不知道中间又是怎样的曲折。
This story reminds me 张爱玲's aunt. Her aunt gave her a lot of influence
during her life. It's well known that her aunt seems to be always single.
But recently I googled and found that her aunt did keep single for almost
her whole life. Then when she was 78 year old, she married her first lover
after his wife past away. 张爱玲' aunt's story is so similar with LZ's story.

，交完签证费1号约到了5号，貌似很多空位。

面经：
上海以前只让提早半小时排队，这次却让直接排队去了，所以约了3：30，结果3：10就
牵出来了。

然后签证官就说把护照给我，你通过了。
姨妈还问他要不要看照片，说不用了。于是就出来了。
结论：一定要好好填表，好好写邀请信，简单明了。问得问题全是表上的还有邀请信上
的，不要前后不一致。常见问题好好准备，比如什么生日，工作的，我姨妈都知道，但
是还是提前都写出来让她背了。只有公民这个问题没有准备过，不过还好带了绿卡复印
件。能想到的材料都要准备好。

anybody. i do not think your aunt is just going to simply claim you as a
dependent in 1040 tax form since she would just need your SSN for that
purpose. Is your aunt an owner of small business (e.g. restaurant...)? one
possibility is she may use your EAD to claim that she hired somebody and
paid $ as operation expense while she did not. This would not only be a

书的Kindle的版本通常也是免费的。一段时间下来，数了数也大概读了有一二十本了吧
。最喜欢的作者要当推马克吐温和迪更斯了。两个作者基本上是同一个年代的吧，一个
在工业革命后的英国，一个在美国内战前后的美国。一个以文笔华丽，情节构思错宗复
杂为著称。一个以幽默诙谐为人所称道。但吸引的我其实是这两个人笔下的孩子们。
对于人近中年的我来说，似乎不再热衷于那些热情豪迈，致力于改变社会，真砭时弊的
小说。我好象更感兴趣的是从孩子的眼里来看世界，然后回忆自己小时候的种种经历和
对事情的看法。马克吐温和迪更斯的小说恰好符合了我这个口味。是的，这些书都是一
两百年前出版的，社会历史背景和今天有天壤之别，但是一个人的成长的经历，人间的
冷暖却是没有时间的区别。仔细想来，这两位大家笔下的孩子也有很多的相似之处。也
许，正是从这些小说中的人物中你也能找到自己的影子吧。
