某PE的外国老总。三个人的身份姑且就用发展商、学者和老外来简单概括吧。
整个seminar在一种极其有趣而不协调的气氛里勉勉强强结束了。在场的audience大部
分都是外国人，看他们带着翻译机一边辛苦地听，顿觉大乐。我想，在场也许没有人能
比我，一个来自港资发展商的中国小萝卜头更能体会这场seminar的乐趣了。
最先说话的是学者。这位学者同志不知道是从哪个山沟沟里出来的，一口普通话已经说
得磕磕巴巴，带着浓重的乡音，说英文的时候就更逗了——普通话与乡音的结合版英文
。这些也就罢了，毕竟很多牛人的语言不怎么的，但是思想牛啊。可这位学者很遗憾是
两者皆不牛、唯有精神犟的那种。叽里呱啦了半天理论性的东西，主要思想就是中国保
障性住房体系要照抄香港，多借鉴别国，这样才能完善。我了个去阿，这不是地球人都
知道的吗？下面的audience一半脸露不耐。
