刚刚决定把ATV2退掉，主要是xbmc操作体验太差，按一下键延迟几秒钟，还没法搜索；
此外jb后iphone remote没法用了，没心思折腾了，atv+jb+xbmc根本就是与买apple的
初衷背道而驰 |

iphone/ipad的话，可以AirPlay。kylinTV太烂了，不是因为老人在，我难以想象我会

可惜现在支持AirPlay的第三方apps还不多,象mycoosh就不支持,否则ATV就更值了 |

ATVs are computer based or general processor based media player .... far
more powerful than the PBO, WD live and Ruko, which are DVD player based
designs. From a hardware perspective, basically you are comparing SONY
networked Blue Ray/DVD player with SONY playstation 3 ....
I guess since Apple wants to save R&D cost and therefore share the
chassis among its iOS supporting hardwares, this is the reason why the

So far, I feel iPad/iPod/ATV2 are among the best platforms which can run
XBMC ... If you have other better choices, please share them with us.

In Apple product lines, ATV 2 belongs to iPods. This means two things
1) it shares the same design and some components with iPod touch 4G.
2) it essentially is a product derivated from a mobile platform, which is
optimized for power saving.
The pros are Apple can save R&D cost and BOM, its power consumption
should be very low and ATV2 has Wi-Fi b/g/n and bluetooth built-in. The
bad news is since it shares the same SoC with iPod touch 4G, therefore it

就只能放
一小段就退出了。有的能放几分钟，有的不到一分钟。在iTouch上进度显示是Live，一
旦转到
airplay就变成不是Live了，显示只有一小段。等显示的时间到了，就退出airplay了。

The problem is that icefilm was created to use the divx player. So the
content people upload are xvid/divx encoded video files.
It's a known fact that xvid/divx are decoded using the CPU on the ATV2. We
know that the CPU can only handle SD content. 720p is pushing the CPU to the
90% territory. You can bring up your CodecInfo screen to see the framerate,
frame drops and how much the CPU is being taxed. |

开始一直在preparing instore阶段卡住，出错1601,google,重装了itunes,还是不行，
然后用先开itunes，reboot atv2,按menu+play,进入restore状态，退出itunes再运行
ireb,进DFU,再回itunes，安装失败，错误2009
又google,有建议保持power cable connected,这次通过了preparing,software
install,最后restoring firmware，白灯一直亮，最后报错1602

可以完成ATV2和XBMC中的所有需要
另外Soulmote看介绍也行，但目前Unavailable in appstore |

没弄明白怎么才能stream硬盘上的电影.
请明白的同学指教.
另外不懂SSH输入命令是怎么做的.
