1 use Seas0nPass to create customed .ispw file
2 put atv2 into DFU mode: plug in usb, press menu + play together. I use Pwn
tool to guide me.
3. Use itune to restore atv2 with .ispw in 1.
3. put back atv2 to TV and initial setup with wifi
4. ssh into atv2 and do
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get install org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2
5. Open XBMC, install all the add-ons
6. Download nightly build XBMC and scp upload to atv2. Do
dpkg -i ???.db on atv2 to replace xbmc
That's it.
No need to install nitoTV for now. I do not like it takes one place on the
menu.

The problem is that icefilm was created to use the divx player. So the
content people upload are xvid/divx encoded video files.
It's a known fact that xvid/divx are decoded using the CPU on the ATV2. We
know that the CPU can only handle SD content. 720p is pushing the CPU to the
90% territory. You can bring up your CodecInfo screen to see the framerate,
frame drops and how much the CPU is being taxed.

开始一直在preparing instore阶段卡住，出错1601,google,重装了itunes,还是不行，
然后用先开itunes，reboot atv2,按menu+play,进入restore状态，退出itunes再运行
ireb,进DFU,再回itunes，安装失败，错误2009
又google,有建议保持power cable connected,这次通过了preparing,software
install,最后restoring firmware，白灯一直亮，最后报错1602

你第一步运行ireb,进DFU做过了，
但是第二步用 seasonpass 产生 .ispw 文件没有做。。
（需要在我给的链接里下载seasonpass软件）
第三步开itunes后，是要一边按“shift”键，一边点restore,才能用自己的 .ispw 文件恢复。

先是用macbook折腾，一restore就报21 error，估计是没进DFU
插不插上电源线都一样
后来又用PC折腾，进入了DFU，用seasonpass生成的ipsw恢复，到最后又1602
看到有人说需要一条好的micro USB线
我用的是blackberry的线，用来自动恢复没问题，上次JB IOS4.2也是成功了的
是线不够好？

面，没有卡在usb或者苹果图标上，然后用ssh连接，居然能通讯，大喜，完成了剩下的
nitotv和xmbc安装过程。
我是插着电源线JB的，怀疑一直报错和usb口电流或者micro-usb线的质量有关，最后因
为一直插电源所以又报错了，但刷firmware已经完成。

不过, 又ipad2试了用airplay,
很多视频（包括mycoosh live，ipad.pptv.com）还是有声没图啊?
