苏联的霸权是陆路霸权，而且苏联在欧洲直接的压力在德法，美国的全球争霸也是无利不起早，在这些二战的战胜者之中，我们主要要看的就是实力的变化。这里我们可以看到的是大英帝国的衰落.
细想一下，如果大英帝国还是日不落帝国，现在的澳大利亚、加拿大、整个阿拉伯地区、印度、孟加拉、巴基斯坦、南非等等国家和地区都是英国的领土，能够有美国的今天吗？美国还是世界老大吗？中东的石油、非洲的有色、澳大利亚的铁，都被英国控制，美国怎么发展？
所以我们应当看到的是美国与英国的较劲，对于苏联，实际是西方世界共同的敌人，对于资本家的游戏规则是一个威胁，但是苏联的实力当时是被夸大的，因为苏联的国力不可能比二... 阅读全帖 |
