呈经雄心勃勃跟SeeU说要写一篇关与现代神经神经生物学对禅修机制研究的综述。但发
现现代的科学研究总体还是在验证阶段，再加上自己也没时间完备的学好佛法，就觉得

RoamingGhost 网友的信为模板写了一封公开信，对Lab Rule 3提出了质疑。如果
你搜索 "Kubiak UCSD"的话，应该会发现这封信出现在很靠前的位置。这封信发
表之后收到了好几个网友的回复，其中包括两个曾经在Kubiak实验室工作过的亚
裔学生。不久之前我又看到UCSD官方的 《An apology for insensitive
comments on Professor Kubiak's research lab website》 。那两个亚裔学生
的回复以及UCSD官方的表态，让我觉得，我们不应在此事上过分上纲上线，穷追
不舍。能放手处既放手，得饶人处且饶人。理由如下：
第一：Kubiak教授人本质上应该不坏。Lab Rule 3应该算是开了一个不聪明的玩

杀案虽然是人之常情，但是作为对比，似乎美国人所拥有的同情是不是太多了点？每年
全世界超过一亿童工过着猪狗不如的生活，在侵略战争中死去的妇女儿童更是死的连猪
狗都不如。更别说最近中国就有几十个孩子被砍伤，以前还有孩子被砍死，还有农民工
连续在一个城市的立交桥上露宿，活活冻死。
在我看来，后面这些事情，更值得同情，更值得关心。但是事实好像是相反的，没有多
少人关心啊。好像就是那么一些数字而已。尽管这些都是活生生的人，有名字，有地址
，有真实的生活。但是就那么变成了一个个很灰暗的数字。我们对他们的今生依然毫无
了解，也没有机会看到他们的亲人，他们的父母，他们的孩子，站在镜头前诉说他们的
感受。
那富士康18连跳的工人，我们有没有机会看到他们的亲人在镜头前诉说？
那郑州立交桥下冻死的农民工，我们有没有机会听到他们的亲人在镜头前诉说？
这些可怜的人！
他们生的时候被剥夺了幸福。他们死去的时候，甚至连被怜悯的机会也被剥夺。不是这
个社会太残忍了，不愿意怜悯同情，而是因为，人的注意力总是有限，总是被那些

本来我就已经提过德语语法的性和格，但是德语的发音十分规则。而法语有它自己的问
题。从初学开始到后来，法语发音一直会是很大的问题。这个问题也影响了通过法语过
来的词汇。比如，像t这样一个辅音字母在英语词汇的结尾也会不读音。

昨天，中新社和新华社同时发文（新浪等国内媒体转载），用中英双语宣布ABC公开道歉
并且称Kid's Table将被取消
今天再到google上一搜，标题还在，但是正文已经改了，说是ABC的spokesman
私下里给中新社新华社联系，但新华社回拨了电话无人接听
虽然是 ABC 自己网站上面的，可是没有任何 ABC 的高管 take responsibility。上次
就算是给80－20的信还有高管签名呢，这个news link什么都不算的。这就是一个狡猾
的fake。
很明显ABC／Disney已经感觉到了压力，我们需要继续努力，取得他们真正的道歉。
真正的道歉我认为必须 ABC的 CEO或者President在ABC自己的公司和新闻 主页 公布亲
自签名的诚恳道歉信。

（1）不知道大家有没有注意到，很多人一说外语就变了个人，象在演戏，拿腔拿调的
，非常不自然。这种情况一看就是英文不熟练还硬拽的典型表现。包括一些学中文的老
外，一说中文整个腔调都高八度，就跟只被掐着脖子的公鸡似的，要多难受多难受。语
言首先是种交流工具，不是表演。看美剧是为了弥补文化背景缺憾，可是好多人学到的
反而是装腔作势，学到了夸张的表情和手势，语言上根本不配套，真是。。。。
（2）还有一些中国人说英文显得特别突兀没礼貌。因为中文的韵律节奏跟英文是不同
的，好多中国人是用中文的节奏韵律说英文，这种情况下，就算英文流利但还是显得无
厘头没礼貌。
（3）语速。我觉得流利不代表说得快，事实上，语速中缓更容易让听众集中注意力。
（4）音量。我很想说中国人说话很容易就变成大喇叭好吗？特别是说不清楚的时候，
一急音量就变大了。还有种情况是，有的人为了显示自己的自信而刻意调大音量。如果
不是演讲，音量大是减分项。我真想对大嗓门说：克制，克制。因为自信不由音量决定
，而是你的谈话态度够不够“assertive”！

注意力缺失症（Attention Deficit Disorder， 简称ADD）[1]是注意力不足
过动症（Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder，简称ADHD）[2]的三个亚型之
一。
注意力缺陷障碍（ADD）的临床表现
（一）注意力障碍
注意力障碍是诊断多动症的必须症状。多动症儿童注意障碍主要是表现在注意的集
中性，稳定性和选择性等特征上的异常。正常儿童在不同年龄阶段注意集中的时间不同
，随着年龄增长而逐渐廷长。
一般来说，2～3岁时专注时间10～12分钟，5～6岁达12～15分钟，7～10岁为20分
钟，10～12岁为25分钟，12岁以上可以达到30分钟以上。注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）的
孩子专注时间短于上述范围，因此，他们很难维持注意较长时间去从事某一活动，每节
课听5～10分钟就坚持不下去了，做事往往有始无终，不能完成父母分配的任务。做自
已感兴趣的事情维持的时间可能会长一些。
